Zaidu played all 90. Moffi subbed in on 55mins as Porto won 2-1 away at Braga to extend their lead at the top of the table, opening a 7 pts gap.

TheSuperNerd:
Zaidu Sanusi in action as well again from the start. He has now started 7 of Porto's last 9 games across all competitions.

HT Sporting Braga 0-0 FC Porto

🤝🇦🇷🇳🇬 Diego Simeone: "Ademola Lookman is improving, working very well, giving us different things. We’re helping him grow defensively because he has that work ethic. He’s a player with a big heart and a desire to learn. Hopefully he keeps giving us important things like today."

As translated..... Atletico Universe

I read somewhere that there are expedited cases in CAS... Like cases that are urgent are given judgement in a short period of time
Since the play offs is in like 9 days, our case should be considered as an urgent case..
But my problem is how sure are we that nff actually appealed to CAS💀
Nothing like urgent in CAS , there is no emergency when it comes to complex cases . We blew our chances on the pitch ,there is no appeal anywhere, NFF playing to the gallery

Rated as one of Serie-A's best for a reason.
Maduka Okoye is doing well but really surprised he is not in top 10 rated serie A goalkeeper so far this season, rated 13th.

Even if he retires now, he already has a bigger legacy than almost all SE players from inception..

It's part of why he gets so much hate
Bigger legacy with no world cup appearances,no Afcon trophy? Osimhen would rather preferred go to World Cup,won Afcon than erazed Yekini goal record,I just hope Osimhen and others makes it to next World Cup and win Afcon, also join Finidi,Kanu and Mikel as Champions league winner...I don't see all these shattering Galatasaray or Turkish league records as big deal.Osimhen is made for top three league, reason why I hate Napoli, imagine Osimhen in Turkish league.

its unforgivable. We hype their performances and success for their clubs but we are denied same in the national team. We lost a world cup spot to south africa and DR Congo for God sake.

Nike has unveiled our new jerseys, really nice designs especially that away kit...but the expected and inevitable question is: what tournament exactly are we wearing these jerseys for? angry grin grin grin

We lost out on penalties; it could have gone either way. We are just lamenting cos we believe the Eagles must always beat every team silly. We have even forgotten that, but for the Eritrea withdrawal, we wouldn't have gotten any chance to be at the play-offs; it's high time we let this matter rest. The Congo match was not the problem; it was our shambolic performance during the WCQ series itself, which started from the moment we parted ways with Paseiro after the 2023 AFCON, and using coaches like Finidi and Eguavoen, and we are on the verge of repeating the same cycle soon when we finally part ways with Chelle. We should be more concerned about the way forward now.

Mostly his defensive contributions Baba
And sometimes failing to release ball on time
Even Simeone referred to it in his post match interviews, was almost frustrated with Lookman

It will be d dumbest move ever if nff does dt. They shld Rada engage him with a 4year performance induce contract ,stating clearly in the contract that he must get to the next afcon final ;possibly win it and must qualify eagles for the 2030 World Cup and get to a second round/quarter final stage in 2030world cup . Any change to the coaching crew now will be a major step back

We know that Coachito
But NFF will look for any excuse not to pay Chelle
And a local coach will gladly accept 5-10M monthly

And they must not interfere in his team selections too

Besides had they given him what he was asking for before

And with the possibility of Govt changes in 2027, hmmm time will tell
