Una don start again oh angry

That's how you people allowed the so-called repentant boko Haram to infiltrate the Nigerian army.

Funny thing is that , should these criminals be freed now, they'll still go back to the same crime that took them to prison.

God is a merciful God.No matter how far you might have gone in your sins if you sincerely and wholeheartedly repent of your sins and turned to him for forgiveness and accept Lord Jesus as your personal Lord and Saviour ,He will abundantly forgives you and give you the grace to go and sin no more.

People can be very annoying. So if someone intentionally kills your sibling, goes to jail and is then released in the name of repentance, will you be ok with it?
