Even if it were 18.99%, does that mean something is wrong with them? Is that how MMFs work?

They discontinued the FBN Edge/Quest app, the communication was terrible by the way. The new app is called First Edge, the user interface is quite fresh. Uninstall FBN Edge, install First Edge. Getting in wasn't the easiest for me though. Took days of back and forth.

They updated people's Customer IDs a while back. If you're not sure what your new ID is, reach out to their customer service. The chance of getting into the new app also improves when you try late at night, less traffic then.

Lastly, you may face another issue when resetting your password. Your password can be rejected even when it meets all the conditions. A simple fix is to try different symbols until one works. It's pathetic, I know.

Stanbic and FBN are the two MMF giants, they are necessary evils. Good luck.

calm down its normal are u new to MMF rate fluctuations?

Some MMF are doing lesser than that so keep calm 🤑🤑🤑

yesterday's rate check new rate for today updated he is right but no cause for alarm,MMF rate is not always stable 😉

Yes,
I was informed that there is equally that option of funding your wallet & thereafter subscribing from there,
plus a Hundred Naira charge.

And there is also this option of paying directly into this their collection account Quoted here.

That is the message I Got from my chats with their customer care WhatsApp Handle.

I want to subscribe now,
reason I am asking to be sure.

Those guys still investing with FBNquest are trying sha, those guys and their extremely complicated apps will frustrate and discourage you about investments.

They should get a licence for micro-finance and operate as such, and leave the stage for serious mutual fund managers.

Why is it that CP offer by Neveah on Stanbic Ibtc app is classified as high risk? Not sure Trustbanc was during their own. I thought CP generally was a low risk investment.

Let me share my story because I don't know if my eyes are paining me ,so I have 8m in arm money market for my than a year now, though interest rates are dropping this period which I really affecting but I dey form stone cold I don't want to complain,so there percentage is 17.18% even if I know fully well that what I am getting per day is less than 15.5%, after much thought today I decide to withdraw 1million to another investment because I saw my funds are declining because of the low interest even my other investment. So I withdraw 1m early this morning but by the time they pay yesterday dividend by noon today I was surprised they paid 4526 and they usually pay 4400 daily, only for me to check there interest rate it's still the same 17.18%, what just happened,all this fund managers ehh

My MMF remained same figure...from Wednesday last week

I do not understand what is going on with them...

I noticed very early today that my equity REDUCED 10K from the balance it closed with on Wednesday last week and remained same throughout the holidays.... only to record a deduction earlier today...

I think it has been rectified now
