Hello my fellow nairalanders good day. Please I got this lexus es330 for more than 6 months now and I noticed the rate it drinks fuel is beyond comprehension. The engine sounds so cool and does not smoke. But the check engine light have been on since I got it from my younger brother, and I have taken it to rewire and I was told there is nothing wrong with my car. But the car is on 17 tyre size. Please make una help me before this car send me back to the village.

When the engine is warm, have someone raise it to around 5000 rpm and observe the exhaust. If dark smoke comes out, your ignition parts are weak

ok I will try and do that and if it the ignition parts are weak what do you think the solution will be
