Is APC controlling 31 states or they successfully coerced governors to join them by denying them federal privileges? Are the coerced governors the same as the voters in their states?
Oh! APC is hoping that the coerced governors act as their puppets, and manipulate the 2027 voting results like that of Rivers in 2023!!

Meaning is that the state governors will be financed by PBAT to buy votes and falsify election results.

Every state has an average of 2 million eligible voters,,
