elyte89:kill that thought, FIFA are exploring the possibility of Iran playing their games in Canada and/or Mexico. Even if Iran pull out I’m sure they’ll likely replace with a team from same confederation |

While CAF's African Champions Morocco could only manage a 1-1 draw vs Ecuador last night, Senegal (The People's African Champions) beat Peru 2-0 today. Ismaila Sarr with Senegal's 2nd goal. TheSuperNerd: |

MetalJigsaw:Yes you're right on Osimehn in ATM.I do not see any coach benches Osimhen in any club but Ademola Lookman too would be a super regular in Galatasaray making Turkish XI team week in week out with ease |

The way dis countries clear players with ease ,sometimes make we wonder if our administrators are doing the right things…if we re to clear just one player , it will take years b4 it gets done while some African countries clears deir intended players with ease, so tey dr Congo invited players yet to be cleared and eventually got cleared a day to their match

elyte89:It has been said that the nff is not favourably disposed to foreign born players like that! The only nff chairman that was ready to go all the way back then was Amaju! In fact just wait for some of these our ex players to become nff chairman na that day Una go know say the hatred they have for foreign born players no be here 😂! |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Napoleon55(m): 3:06pm On Mar 29 |
elyte89:Maybe the players are part of the problems. If a player decides to play hide and seek with them, that can cause the delay. NFF is an awful organization, but choosing to represent Nigeria is not always going to seem a better option to potential elite players that all of us would want to represent us. |

Goke7:Like which ex players do you think hate foreign born players? I remember Eguavoen featured Lookman and Bassey who were coming for the first time in an all important world cup match against Ghana,I guess if a foreign coach would have tried that. Even Oliseh, Siasia have all given chances to the foreign Borns. You are the one that actually have bias against ex internationals because you believed that Osimhen is better, or is going to be greater than all the ex internationals, which I wish for the later to happen though, but until then, let's learn to respect our heroes and legends. |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Goke7: 3:51pm On Mar 29 |
Napoleon55:Oga many Nigerians don’t believe in this foreign born thing including our sports journalists and yes ex internationals inclusive who have also become players agents, if you like believe whatever! That some were given chances in the past doesn’t negate that. How do you think Nigerian coaches will do business and make money from players transfers abroad if they flood the national team with foreign born talent. These are the issues, not anything personal from me jor wetin be my own 😂 Is it not the same Eguavoen that was advocating for home based players in the national team recently? or you have forgotten? 😂 |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Karlovich: 3:57pm On Mar 29 |
Napoleon55:Bro the last players that needed FIFA approval to play for the SE that NFF successful cleared were Lookman and Torunarigha, we could have gotten Olise and Eze when they were not close to England's and France's radar. |
| Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Napoleon55(m): 4:27pm On Mar 29*. Modified: 5:11pm On Mar 29 |
Karlovich:Which Olise, that was asked about representing Nigeria when he was still in championship, and he quietly walked out. Were you aware that we tried to cap Abraham within those periods but he frustrated our efforts, maybe if Pinnick had succeeded, his presence in super eagles would have been an impediment to Osimhen's progress in the team in trying to offer him special treatments. |
