Ghana is playing Germany while Nigeria will be playing Jordan . This is shameful . Our football has deteriorated to the point of playing Iran and Jordan in a world cup year . NFF really dealt with our talented players like Lookman , Osihmen ,Bassey and co . I recalled years ago we played England, Germany and Netherlands before the world cup ,we even played Argentina. But today we are playing Jordan

Remember how they gave Germany scares during that 2014 world cup when they drew 2-2 with a stacked German team, Ghana play with crazy motivation when they face us or Germany.

The other day someone was trying to downplay Iran until they were schooled about their FIFA rank. The issue here is applying your inferiority complex to a bigger platform.

You stylishly left out Okoye and only brought Nwabali up against Ejide and Aiyenugba yet history proves none of them were as reliable as Nwabali.

To be fair to Ejide and Aiyenugba, you can't have an Enyeama and be talking of Afcon history. A Nwabali of Chippa United won't even be considered for call up at that time. That period we also have good GKs like Chijioke Ejiogu (Arugo monkey), Sunday Rotimi and Greg Etafia
