Don't you have ChatGpt or Grok on your phone?

MindHacker9009:
CPU: Intel® Xeon® E3-1270 v6 — 4 cores / 8 threads, decent single-thread performance
Memory: 32 GB RAM — plenty for most web stacks
Storage: 800 GB SSD — fast I/O for disk operations
OS: Windows Server 2022
This is a "it depends" question.

Let's look at two scenarios

1. 1000 concurrent users visiting a page that makes a quick query to the DB to find a post that already exists in the DB

2. 1000 concurrent users who are using a image/video conversion feature on your server and are each converting on average 4 images/videos at any time

Scenario 2 is more CPU and RAM intensive, its not something you can use cache to speed up.

So what exactly would your users be doing ? What kind of service do you render ?

I am a software engineer / tech consultant , I can help you figure out if it would work, and also help you /guide you on ways you can optimize where possible. I have been involved in all stages of software development lifecycle across multiple fields.

I have been doing this for over 12 years, so if you need my services you can reach out.

I have done that already, but I wanted to know if there are other ideas from gurus here that are smarter than ChatGPT or Grok.

I feel monitoring CPU usage and other resources will be a good place to begin.

Yes. You can also do a stress / load test to see how much it can handle. You can take a look at K6 by Grafana (https://k6.io)
