Osayi is quite inconsistent. We truly need to get new guys. I wish Alebiosu was called. Zaidu has nothing, absolutely nothing to offer us both defensively and offensively. Why was felix agu not invited ? |

Odunayaw:I don't know about that because we missed an easy chance that would have made it 2-0 then we basically dashed them their goal with Iwobi losing the ball then Ndidi trapping it right in front of the goal scorer. |

Remember nobody wants to go back injured so you play with sense, don't die in friendly match! The boys played well while Jordan played like it was their WC match MetalJigsaw: |

Alex Iwobi took a friendly game way more personal than needed. I get that he was disgusted at the Arabs' dirty plays but he should have controlled his reaction better. The Jordanian player pulled annoyingly at Iwobi's jersey, all shirt and short... but still, Alex should have not retaliated at the disgusting Jordanian's actions. Ofcos folks like Papi85 and co wont speak on this as Iwobi must not be criticised in their books but it must be said. Iwobi messed up. As a General, he should know better. Anyway, thank God na friendly. |

BascoVanVeli:fair point anyways. But saying that what that player did to iwobi was nothing is very insensitive. . The ugly part is even how they wanted to convert the whole thing to fight. To them, it was more like a fight. |

MetalJigsaw:Baba our team B should atleast get a draw against them, they are not mumu team….Nations in top 40,50,60 fifa ranking aint mumu team okay….they are teams that will give you a run for your money…not as if they are 80 or 90 something in fifa….There was a time Nigeria was 64 in fifa ranking, we would still give top teams in top 20 a run for their money. The year we flogged Argentina 4-2 (2017) we were ranked 50th in the world while argentina was around top 10 |

TheSuperNerd:I’ll give Iwobi a pass because it’s a friendly! My only grouse with him in this match was not scoring from the best chance we had to go ahead but passing the ball instead apart from that am pleased with him considering the rough play from Jordan |

TheSuperNerd:those guys were very aggressive with the marking and the referee was not helping matters. Alex is not that reactionary. Whatever that must have happened will make most players react. |

Why do you think I used the word "disgusting" next to Jordanian? Those arabs are terrible at football. But Iwobi played into their irritable games. It should not have happened. You can react without getting a red card. Chuks4041: |

Full-time: 🇯🇴 Jordan [2]–[2] Nigeria 🇳🇬 Thoughts: - We might've drawn the game, but there is a LOT of positives from this game. - The Super Eagles are playing free flowing, pleasing-to-the-eyes football now, even from the back! - Emmanuel Fernández is not a myth, he's actually the real deal, a calm, confident, ball-playing, goal-scoring centre-back. He got a good, well-deserved goal. - Francis Uzoho, get out of my national team! So jittery at every attack or free kick. Making free kicks seem like penalties. - Adebayo Adeleye is confident with his feet, but he rushed out too early for that goal he conceded. Still inspired more confidence than Uzoho. - Stanley Nwabali and Maduka Okoye are still the best goalkeepers we have, and it's time Arthur Okonkwo got a Super Eagles call-up. - Collins Yira Sor was invisible all through the game. - Igoh Ogbu, solid as usual. - Ademola Lookman, classy player everytime. - Moses Simon is NOT leaving this team anytime soon, there is a reason he's called Daddy. - Raphael Onyedika did great in the middle, too calm and composed, he held the midfield when he was on the pitch. - NFF, extend Éric Chelle's contract ASAP! What a coach!

Chuks4041:Right is right and wrong is wrong. Iwobi had no reason to literally turn around and jump on that man. I understand slapping his hand away or pushing him but Iwobi went too far. I also don't have any issue with a player defending his teammate. My only problem was their players jumping off the bench and our players taking their sweet time. |

solonnachi:ogbu and osayi especially. I think there is need for mentorship. As for zaidu, I already knew he will offer nothing. The most annoying thing is that he doesn't have crosses and lacks passing skills. |

Ordinary Jordan we no fit beat. Same reason why we no qualify for World Cup. Conceding late goals against inferior teams. I been think say this rubbish don end self. And Iwobi succumbing to the arabs trap. Nonsense |
