Once again, Green card holders are immigrants who did EVERYTHING by the book. They followed every law, every rule, every requirement. THEY EVEN PAY TAXES THAT GO TO FUND THE SBA! And the Trump regime is banning them from benefitting from taxes they paid.

"Come here legally" was a lie. It was never about "legal" immigration. It was always about advancing white nationalism and banning immigration altogether.

President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order Tuesday cracking down on mail-in voting across the country, the Daily Caller learned first.

The executive order will require the Secretary of Homeland Security to create a list of verified U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote in each state with the Social Security Administration’s help, according to a fact sheet shared with the Caller.

The presidential action will also require that the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) only send absentee ballots to those on each state’s approved mail-in ballot list. Ballots will now have specific secure envelopes, with unique barcodes for tracking, the order mandates.

States will be provided with their revised list of confirmed voters no less than 60 days before each federal election under the order.

The executive order also tells the U.S. Attorney General to prioritize investigating and prosecuting anyone accused of sending ballots to ineligible voters,

The USPS strictly should not deliver ballots to an ineligible person. If it's been made aware.
Im eager to see how an Obama or Biden judge will twist this.

I expect the dishonesty by now. I think for them the honesty would be painful as it conflicts with what they believe.
But, I do think the Republican appointed judge made it painfully clear as to what Trump was trying to do.

I think the judicial branch, outside the Supreme Court, and a lot of Republican appointed judges at that, is doing yeoman's work preserving what's left of our democracy

Don't laugh. This is very very very very real. A lot of foreigners come here with business visit visas and start working as expats without a work permit and long overstay their visas. I know this first hand, I handled many of them as Head of Legal in a number of multinationals.

1. Poorer African countries/neighbours- Niger, Togo.....
2. Chinese expatriates/migrants/dependants- some were deported years back.

I even had a british professor who had to renew his visa by force. Back in the early 2,000s, he made money from recruiting Nigerian students into British universities. He overstayed his visa and didnt care because he was making so much money and there was no enforcement.

Not expats but surely you know that many foreigners from neighbouring countries routinely vote in our elections. Especially in the North.

My position remains what I said, and no, I am not lying. For example the OT counts it as a sin to shave your facial hair. I dont believe that is binding on any Christian. But I would still wonder at the God that made such prescriptions. In other words, since that is the same God that Christians worship, it does not avail them to excuse such a prescription by saying it is the law and it is the OT - because that very God is supposed to be their God, is supposed to be all wise through all times and ages and for all people.

In law, we also have something called pleading in the alternative. So I plead in the alternative here, that even if we discountenance this matter of OT vs NT, the point you make is irrelevant considering that I also provided NT verses endorsing slavery as well. Please sir address the point in view and answer the questions. Based on your claim that The Lord Jesus Christ did not do away with the law (nailed it to the cross - hallelujah) and that in "fulfilling" it, not "abolishing" it, the law remains in force.
