Bros, I said he as a Supreme Court justice has voted against some of Trump’s cases. Yes I get that people look at him as conservative. But I think that at the court, the guy acts to not pervert the course of justice.
This couldn't have been more wrong.
The only coherency of his opinions is that they usually align with what is good for Trump.
Even if it means going against the wording of the constitution like he did in the Tariffs case.

Na wa o. Your gay things no make sense anymore bros. Thanks be to God you’re not like buda. She said she’s both male and female - in real life. I wash my hands off. Enuf said.

Anyone can fly a plane with minimal instructions, what raumdeuter or Charlie Kirk are talking about is if the person is the most qualified, the best from the basket or the person was selected even if they are not the best option because of their color.

This is common sense.
Which airline was selecting subpar pilots because of skin colour?

Anyone can fly a plane with minimal instructions,
Please Ben, anyone can not fly a commercial airline's plane with minimal instructions! You can not even legally drive a car on the roads if your instruction is minimal, and you definitely can not get a driving licence in UK and start driving Uber and carry passengers without further instructions.

You hopefully wouldn't fly a plane of an airline that hires pilots with minimal instructions. And airlines would struggle to get insurance and even passengers if it is known their pilots received only minimal instructions.

Your minimal instruction would at best qualify you as a second pilot, under observation and further training for many years by a very qualified pilot, and that minimal is quite a lot of training indeed.

Please look up the requirements for piloting passengers so we know you know of what you speak.

He should go and fly a commercial plane.. let’s see if he can qualify, since flying planes is now mundane.

You’re mixing up the idea of qualification with simply flying a plane. Sure, anyone can get a plane off the ground with minimal instruction, just like anyone can drive a car with a quick lesson. But being qualified means passing a series of tests and exams to earn certification from the proper authorities.

As I’ve been saying, or as Kirk has said, if the goal is to fill specific spots based on race instead of just any vacancies, they’re automatically leaving out pilots who might actually be more qualified. whose resume is impeccable.

Who the pilots are does not concern insurance companies. Pilots come and go.

You’re not getting what I mean. Sure, anyone can fly a plane, but that doesn’t mean airlines hire just anyone who can. I’m talking about hiring truly qualified pilots, the best from a pool of skilled professionals. Like it or not, DEI puts a question mark on that.

Has any qualified pilot ever come forward to say they were rejected from an assessment process because of DEI?

All the pilots hired are qualified. Simple and short.

Be it black, white, Indian, Asian, male or female.

They are all qualified.

Charlie stated that airlines are required to meet a certain quota of certain democraphics, So when they do not have enough of that democraphics, they reduce their cut off and admission criteria

When you get on a flight how will you know Pilot A or Pilot B got up to the required marks or he was pushed to meet a certain quota

Same way we view Adamu in Nigeria, Is this Adamu at NNPC there because he was one of the best in his school or just pushed there as part of a quota
You actually believe that in a litiguous society like America an airline will put over 300 souls in the hands of an unqualified person? You think an American airline will take chances with that kind of liability?

You are a Nigerian so you should at least stop pretending that NNPC does not also have a rigorous entry process that is administered by consulting firms.

Your repeated references to the north are getting old. The fact that the north has a wide swath of illiterates does not mean they are a monolith of incompetent illiterates.

Should we also say that there is a quota system in shell or Mobil where they are mandated to employ incompetent locals?

Or a quota system in the Nigerian government where some ministers sole qualification is that they are from a state and must fill a space?

This train of thought is not qualified for this discussion 🤣🤣😂

Certification is the entry threshold, not proof that every qualified pilot is equally strong. If hiring is driven by a quota rather than selecting the strongest candidates within the qualified pool, then some better-qualified pilots may be passed over. You cannot argue with this point.

Some will have better records, more hours, stronger simulator performance, better judgment, better training history, better leadership, fewer incidents, better aircraft-specific experience, and stronger overall resumes. All these are factors. So if there is a program to prioritise a certain race, then it begs the question.

Why are you asking other men to speak on your sexuality? That sounds very nonstr8.
The more you write, the more you're making your case harder.

So please show us that unqualified pilot (black and or a woman) that is busy flying folks around the world or locally in the US.

No one is making this argument. Do you guys work for a Goalpost company?

This is what Charlie said: Tell me where the racist is in his statement.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBiiQY0Rgpg

His point, my point is that if there is a program to prioritise a race, then questions like this will come up. Did they pick the best? No one is talking about unqualified pilots.

When did buda do that? There can be an unqualified pilot if he doesnt meet the strict criteria to get into flight school but was admitted using quotas

Why cant when we already saw that admission criteria into flight schools are based on filling a quota not necesarily the best
Yes I am a Nigerian and I know some people get into NNPC without passing through the rigorous entry exams others are being made to go through. Denying that is being dishonest

You are actually making the point for me by making those competent and smart Northers bnched together with those who came through a quota system

Yes if Shell or Mobil is mandated to employ a certain number of locals and drop the entry requirement for them, that will also be a problem, When you egt to shell and see someone a local name, then you start wondering, Are you really Shell quality or just a community slot. When that guy might have been the best student in Uniport

Charlie Kirk was not talking about a pilot who just wants to "get a plane off the ground" or "simply flying a plane", but about commercial airline pilots who fly passengers for airlines, for which minimal instruction does not qualify!

Also, no airline on earth will have a "goal is to fill specific spots based on race" instead of proper qualified individuals!

And not understanding how important pilot qualifications are to airlines, and especially their insurers, my tongue is tied because we have an agreement you and I are trying out. But I'd like you to consider the payout if the airline is found to have hired an unqualified DEI to fly a plane that then crashes. Not only would the airline be done for negligence, it would likely be done for murder too, and it's their insurer that will have to pay out, while the airline owners might end up in jail.

The insurer might likely want to claim your unqualified pilot invalidates your insurance, but I'm certain the law would tell the insurer that it should have specified the level of qualification the airline ought to have when they insured it, and should have check before they issued an insurance certificate.

It does not change the point. My example was not talking about unqualified pilots, either. I am telling you that flying a plane or having the certification is the minimum; that is all.

The difference between someone unqualified and someone qualified is the certification exam. Both can fly a plane; one took his exam last week while the other is scheduled to take his next week.

Charlie was not racist for saying that; that's all. It is a valid criticism of the program

Actually United Airline specifically stated they wanted 50% of the new hires to be minorities

That pilot would never ever be flying a commercial passenger carrying plane, Raum, if they don't pass the commercial passenger carrying plane pilot test!

In fact, my airline that hires strict criteria qualified pilots will run adverts that my pilots are better qualified than your unqualified pilot hiring airline, and that will likely put you unqualified pilot hiring airline out of business especially when your unqualified pilot crashes your plane and puts you out of business first because airline passengers value their life and the airline owners don't want to end up in jail for negligence and murder!

Or do you want to argue that unqualified pilots wouldn't crash planes more than qualified ones might?
