They should go back to the Federal High Court to sought it out. All these grandstanding is not going to work. As a matter of fact, they should be looking for alternative platform. They should have formed a new political party instead of hijacking a troubled one. Okey Nwosu that porportedly handed over to David Mark had long been removed as the ADC Chairman by the Federal High Court as far back as 2022. Hence, ADC was built on illegality from day one. Another alternative is to get that Bala guy to withdraw his case.

I have been waiting to see this. This shows that there is some form of unity in the ADC camp.

The "All Promise Cancelled (APC)" camp are all jittery right now including their online attack dogs because they don't know where this new movement is heading.

This is recommendable.....judiciary is not trusted so we should not hope on them rather to focus and strategize how to removed this incompetence government that has failed the nation

Smh.... the same cargo that destroyed nigeria want to rescue nigeria. This is the new nigeria haaa. We need new set of people not this ones and d ones there already sbeg.

These ones cannot lead, instead of hijacking a political party, why they should have done is start a new party and identify a very strong candidate and put your entire weight behind that candidate. That is the only way to have a chance. Imagine if all of them unite behind Atiku and Obi in a party without baggage and cog in its wheel, they would have posed some threats… but as it is, no one is willing to sacrifice for the other!

Rascally inclined INEC has removed the trust of the masses from voting because they feel that their votes will not count. Not with all these shenanigans of the ruling APC.

How can democracy thrive when pitfalls are set up at all corners to damage it by so the called “democrats”? If those before them put such hurdles, preventing the registration of APC, where would they be today? They have left PDP for Wike. They have left LP for Arabambi/Apapa. Now one group in the name of “ex legislators” has gone to court to claim that ADC, which contested and won seats previously was not legitimately registered. INEC has helped out by deregistering the leaders. Why would INEC continue to disgrace itself with such horrible acts as this?

If they want to return the nation to the famous Abacha anti democratic days, why not tell everyone? After all Abacha did not hide his intentions.

No matter how smart the current government think they are, they cannot be faster than God. What will be must be, chikinah!
