I know there are a lot of factors here but what is the average cost of labor to plaster a standard 5 bedroom duplex in south east Nigeria.

I already got a quote for 3 MILLION including dressing of 40 windows and 25 doors.

I think this is on the high side.
What do you think?

I did one in the East recently, 6 rooms, at #2m. Though it depends on location and sizes of the rooms. Think no matter what, anything around #2.2m is okay, given the rising cost of labour. But my advice is that you use Cotonou guys.
