Where the a party failed to abide by its own constitution, an agrieved member can approach the Court to enforce and protect his rights thereby forcing the party to do the right thing.

..did the supreme court follow the party rules that said any party member that holds a position in the party and the person wants to contest for an election the person should resign from his position.. Samuel anyanwu that was national secretary of PDP wanted to contest for 2023 imo state governorship election and he resigned and Okoye took over the national secretary position and he was appointed as national secretary of PDP....but when Samuel anyanwu losed the governorship election in 2023 he came back to claim the position of national secretary of PDP after he has already resigned..so the thing caused problems in PDP.court cases and factions in PDP..wike was supporting Samuel anyanwu..this made PDP governors to defect to APC because of these national secretary of PDP court cases and factions but the supreme court did not follow the PDP constitution and rules and the supreme court said court have no jurisdiction over leadership problems in a party that the PDP members should settle their problems themselves.but up till now PDP could not settle their matters by themselves

Another litigation that will take another 6months if not more. Better they all decamped to a new party and give INEC 21 days notice . Or they negotiate with nafiu Gombe to withdraw the case. I no go gree caused Atiku/WIKE Wahala

The court of law should be where these issues are settled not be INEC personnel.

... wike that supposed to be the father figure..was supporting Tinubu for 2027 election and still supporting Tinubu for 2027 election... and Samuel anyanwu was loyal to wike..so wike used him to cause problems in the party .. for Samuel anyanwu to drag the national secretary position with Okoye and cause issues, factions and court cases in PDP..so as to hold and tie down PDP in favour of Tinubu and APC in 2027 election

Until judges and court officials stop taking jeeps and houses and lands from politicians.


Until then any law will be turned upside down. Even when it's clear.
