Honestly, employers should focus more on what a person can do rather than just appearance. First impressions matter, but skills and attitude should count more in the long run.

Sure. Appearances like these may bring an organisation into disrepute. Imagine, getting to a corporate office or bank and meeting this thing on the front desk! It is not going to be good for the image of the company. However, she is fitted and will definitely be acceptable in clubs and strip bars.

What makes her to spoil her appearance can push her to spoil the image of the company if employed.

I wouldn’t employ her to act as a scarecrow in my farm. She’ll scare even the bumble bees away.
I wouldn’t even give her the role of a witch in a horror movie if I was the director or producer, she’ll be so scary playing herself that those who see the movie would be traumatised.
