Also, Iran started the war with launching more than 100 missiles a day but as of recently, they don't do up to 10 a day so clearly 90% of that capacity is lost and 100% of their manufacturing is gone.

To your second point, the cost of the war. The cost was by far more expensive for Iran. Frist, if Iran was in control, they would have continued shooting more cheap missiles because it was really expensive to bring them down but they shot less and less every week. The have lost much of their manufacturing, their economy is shit. They have not paid their military.
