I will really like to see how this case ends. VDM started the whole saga by calling B-Lord a fraudster, and was equally using B-Lord's promotional posts to indirectly market his own products when he visited China.

I don't want to believe that B-Lord didn't seek for a professional legal advice before doing what he did. Let's see how they will argue the case at court

Kudos to Blord. He wears that personal pride in the face of adversity that his people are well known for. VDM arranged to have him more like kidnapped by the police and brought to Abuja a day before public holiday, hurriedly got he arraigned in Court even though the charge was filed the same day and was supposed to have two clear days from the service of the charge on him and the date of arraignment to enable him brief a lawyer to represent him. So practically, Blord was arraigned in Court without his lawyer being present to raise objections to the arraignment, a clear case of organized action by VDM whoever filed the charge. So VDM should not be screaming victory. By today being the first working day after holiday, Blords lawyers will seek to get him out, not by begging VDM. Blord is not a helpless man, he is an Igbo man, Igbos don't abandon their own, not less a made man like Blord. But the battle will fully resume when Blord gets his freedom.

For spreading false information about his business that he suffered irreparable loss during the importation of iPhone XR into Nigeria. During his video clips, he has repeatedly called Blord a scam and damaged his reputation. I hope you remember what Erisco tomatoes has done to that lady who damaged his business and called his tin tomatoes poison. The same treatment can be applied to VDM. I still do not know why BLORD didn't explore that a long time ago. When I first saw that video, I thought he was going to sue.

If memory serves me well, vdm main issue with him was the very high profit margins and his exploitive tendencies against hapless Nigerians may not know otherwise.

The Blord guy made some claims about the phones he was selling ( I cannot remember what exactly )which vdm refuted with evidence, effectively killing that his business venture.

If I call someone out who is spreading false information on a product with evidence to back it up, am I liable for damaging his reputation?

What ever made blord to make claims about his fones he could not substantiate and selling it for outrageous profits already made him complicit in the criminal act

The erisco tomato guy issue is completely different. Comparing it's with vdm and blord is akin to comparing apples to oranges.

Blord could not take vdm on because of the simple saying " he that comes to equity, must come with clean hands"

You really think if blord had a case against vdm, he wouldn't take it up.
