Iran may have suffered irreparable losses -human, capital, and infrastructure - but they have also left their adversaries far worse off.

They defied death and withstood bombs to assert their sovereignty and defend their dignity. Their firepower, though relatively weaker, has been felt by bullies hitherto deemed untouchable.

Countries once seen as untouchables have been struck badly, while the Iranians stood strong, fearless, and unhumiliated.

This for Iran, is a strategic and political victory.

More so that the war, like the ones previously invested by the US in Vietnam and Afganistan, has proved that superior firepower isn’t all that is required to win wars from equally important fronts.
