You should know that both the US and Iran are gangsters (not strangers to wars), and no form of agreement would represent trust. Also, US has shown to be untrustworthy and unreliable by the manner of their attacks on Iran while both countries were still at the negotiation table.

US has its demands and Iran has its own, there are no new demands.
