So are you happy that the judiciary is in Tulumbu pocket or you’re a pathological liar as well ?
Prove it to me how TINUBU pocket our judiciary system.
What's my gain to lie for you?
Re: South-east Has ‘Better Qualified’ Leaders Than Obi To Lead Nigeria - Shettima by tunde1200(m): 11:07am On Apr 09
You claimed omoluabi to me abi.
If you're a Yoruba as you claimed tell me where TINUBU didn't follow the rule of law in all his administration.

98% of Igbo votes goes to Obi yet he never win the election's or you think is all about igbos only in terms of election's in Nigeria?

yemobrown:
He's not a do or die politician. He believes in the rule of law. And if the rule of law is being manipulated, there's nothing he can do about it. His ambition is not Worth the blood of innocent Nigerians.
He will not grab it nor snatch it and neither will he run with what is not his.
This is a Typical Omoluabi behavior that I grew up to know and has being thought by our parents.
The Omoluabi values is being displayed by Peter Obi, the reason for this organic followership.

Try and be an Omoluabi yourself, you can never tell what the universe holds in reward for your values.

He's very correct.

There are far better leaders in South East than the cunning, eye service fraud called Obi.
And damn you Boko Shettima. You're not better, but it doesn't change the truth you simply opined.

To win the presidency, you need alliances and build bridges cos not only your kinsmen votes can bring you into power. He deliberately maligned others and even called them structure of criminal. Guess who's the bride of those criminal structure?

Beyond ethnic sensationalism, Obi has not demonstrated qualities of a good leader. He couldn't work with others to resolve PDP crises of 2022 and jumped ship. He and the short, wicked Aro demigod of Abia destroyed LP. And instead of intervening and help solve the issues, he again jumped ship.
What manner of man leaves his house and relocate just because it's not clean instead of taking it upon himself to clean it?

There are far better leaders from South East. Obi is not an ideal leader.

Peter Obi is a picture of a "New Order" in Nigeria political space.
They're scared of handling power to him because, the Judiciary, INEC system will be straighten up and become independent to discharge their responsibilities.
Policies that will set the country on the path of national consciousness and Economic revival is what they are afraid of.
They're afraid of Peter Obi because, they will not be able to weaponize poverty against the people during election anymore.
Organic love for Peter Obi is Alien to them.
Same Peter Obi the failure that threw Anambra into massive poverty

Why all these fears about Peter Obi?

This was the same fears about Dr Alex Oti when PDP were dealing with Abians with their propaganda and today we are not regretting and the whole world has seen the turn around.

You are in power and you are afraid of a man who is not even close to power to the extent that you pay propagandists to attack him daily. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Vice President Kashim Shettima has stirred fresh political debate after declaring that Nigeria’s presidency cannot be attained through coercion, while also suggesting that there are more qualified leaders from the South-East than Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

Speaking on the country’s political climate, Shettima stressed the importance of inclusivity and consensus-building in a diverse nation like Nigeria. According to him, leadership must be built on trust and broad national acceptance rather than pressure tactics.

“In a multi-ethnic, multi-religious politics like ours, nobody can bulldoze his way to power through deceit, intimidation, threats or blackmail,” he said. “You get to power by building bridges and reaching out.”

The Vice President, however, expressed support for the emergence of a president from the South-East, describing it as a potential step toward healing longstanding historical divisions dating back to the civil war.

“I am for the emergence of a Nigerian president of South-Eastern extraction to heal the wounds of the civil war,” Shettima noted, though he criticized what he described as certain confrontational approaches adopted by some political actors from the region.

His remarks took a more direct turn when he asserted that the South-East has individuals he considers more qualified for the presidency than Obi, referring to the former Anambra State governor in pointed terms.

Shettima highlighted former Imo State Governor Rochas Okorocha as one such figure, praising his national reach and political experience across different regions of the country. He also commended former Ebonyi State Governor David Umahi for his infrastructural record, describing him as one of the most effective leaders to have emerged from the South-East.

Drawing from Nigeria’s political history, the Vice President emphasized the role of grassroots mobilization and alliances in achieving electoral success. He referenced the late Shehu Musa Yar’Adua’s strategy of building nationwide support networks, underscoring that political victories are often determined by coalition-building rather than regional popularity.

Shettima’s comments are expected to generate reactions across the political spectrum, particularly among supporters of Peter Obi, who remains a prominent opposition figure with strong backing among young voters and urban populations.

Political observers say the statement may also signal early positioning ahead of the 2027 general elections, as conversations around power rotation and regional representation continue to shape Nigeria’s political discourse.

As debates intensify, Shettima’s remarks have once again brought to the fore the complex dynamics of leadership, regional equity, and political strategy in Africa’s most populous nation.
