Clerks simply run a batch of adjudicated votes marking them as Biden. The audit trail couldn't identify who ran the batch as all clerks were using the same user names.
So much for secure elections where tens of thousands of scanned ballots would be in two clicks be changed to any candidate.

For very good measure the audit trail logs were all deleted to preserve election integrity.

NATO members are actually telling Rutte to town down the ass kissing.
Rutte was doing this as a means to an end (keep Trump from leaving NATO and get him to help Ukraine), and has been ridiculed for it.
That anyone is in that much need to be liked or to be thought of as being right that they believe Rutte's words or use his words to make a point is the sad thing in all of this.
Every leader from every country from North Korea to Russia knows just butter Trump up and he'll like you, even if you are a dictator who regularly kills his own people.
