Where is the light?

It's like trying to extinguish a bush fire with 2 cups of water.
My tiny country produces approximately 1.2 kW or energy at any given moment, per each person living in the country.

Nigeria produces, at best, 1/45 of it. That means that, for every power plant that exists AND OPERATES today, 40 to 45 new power plants are to be built. Let's not even talk about the transmission lines and the sad state of these.

Over the past 2 years, we had a total of less than 15 minutes of power cuts, and all of it for scheduled maintenance. Not because of rain, not because Engr. Emeka or Engr. Mohammad spent the maintenance money on the girls at the Pinewood hotel, or other nonsense like that.

America generates 1 million 400 thousands mega Watts of electricity every year... my country a country of 1914 is still generating 3 thousands. The money used in building useless coastal way can fix electricity with some change remaining

I never a blink of light for nearly 72 hours in Lafia and some buffoon is talking about increased power generation? Damn, we are doomed indeed

It will peak only to collapse to Zero megawatts again in no time. They should be looking at sustaining it for long and then increasing the capacity and not all these back and forth cycle to nowhere.

I don't think they have consistently maintained 4000 megawatts for a week straight without collapse.
