It is stated up there that David Mark's lawyer had withdrawn the stay of of execution request and whenever a case is withdrlawn by the appellant ,it is the courts normal procedure to strike out the case as if in normal dismissal.

As expected....the injustices parading themselves as Supreme Court Judges have just read out the ruling written by Tinubu and handed over to them through Nyesome Wike, so no surprise here



Look at them forming busy as if they have any work to do other than to collect bribes and read out whatever judgment the ruling party hands over to them to read.....very shameful of Nigerian judiciary to have allowed politicians to desecrate our justice system and turned to the ruling party's political tool, shame shame!!

Every sensible person knows their claims have no grand before the law. It’s just sad the kind of lazy politicians that called themselves opposition especially that third class Agulu man that’s always looking for shortcuts.

To be a formidable opposition you must be smarter that the ruling party but currently in Nigeria the reverse is the case.
