At this point, I think it is safe to conclude that Peter Obi and those around him are one and the same - of very low level of intelligence.
Did he meet the envoys to help him beg the ADC to dash him their ticket ?
Help him to appeal to their home govts to help him become president by hook or crook ?
ArDoes he think that these envoys are as stupid as he is ?
