Please read before passing judgement. They did not deny the candidates but were asked to tie it as wrapper on their head. What difference does it make which rather is the same as covering head.

The point is about the hijab as a hiding place .... comparable to the bra used as a hiding place . Why switch to purpose? ...as in the bra is an inner wear used in covering private part ...which is comparable to the hijab is a religious outerwear used to cover the head.
I suggest you find out the purpose of a bra.

And why must you wear Hijab in an exam hall when you are not going to mosque except you people have ulterior motives such is to commit exam malpractice.

"Scared?, "Nobody has the monopoly of violence" you said? no sir it shows how proactive and united they are... how about protecting Christian Jambites writing jamb in high risk areas in Jos north. No such initiative was seen from the so called Christian politicians, religious bodies or churches. I saw parents risking their lives and taking their children to Bauchi road, gangare, zololo to ensure they were safe writing the exams whilst they waited outside.

Some of these bloggers will cause havoc in this country with religious matters, why putting on such to exam hall when we all know that cheating can take place? You guys should put on your thinking cap and reason like an adult .

No. I disagree with you. Being a Christian school doesn't have anything to do with a candidate of jamb.

She only came for jamb which is less than 3 hours and not that she offered to be a student in the school.

The only acceptable reason I expect from the jamb center is to avoid CHEATING.

Because the hijab is not only worn when going to mosque, it is a mode of dressing for a lot of muslim women. What is the purpose of the invigilators and supervisors if they can't curtail malpractices? During my time, we were serched before entering the exam hall and invigilators closely monitor us during the exams. Don't they do that anymore? Can't hoodies and baggy jeans be used to hide 'microchips' to cheat? Is it only hijab? Maybe candidates should start coming for exams in their underwear to prevent malpractice.

Even muslims states that are public are adopting islam in everything. Why should a christian school become permanently islamic because they assisted public syatem for one day?
