There are several rulers who have claimed and still claim to be worshippers of God. There are very many. I do not know their personal walk with God. I do not have any knowledge of their inner lives. I only know of their claims. I cannot speak for anyone because only the Lord knows those who are His. Men look on faces but God looks on the heart.

But to say no one is worshipping God among the rulers, means you're taking the position of God presumably to determine those who are worshippers of God. You're still in another error.

Maxindhouse fully understands everything he reads but he has a flair for falsehood. He would do everything to establish his own words even if it contradicts the Bible or his organizational doctrine. He is actually lacking in knowledge but yet always eager to contribute. When cornered, he'll inject his own personal thoughts and conjectures to make a deceitful stand. He will not listen to you even if you present plain Scriptures that invariably prove his deceit. His motto is "Whatsoever I write must stand". Hence, turns deaf ears to every form of instruction.

*JWs don't see the preaching as a money making scheme so each person has his or her own separate means of earning money so no desperation unlike the pastor who is looking forward to becoming a billionaire through his ministry.
*JWs doesn't shout in their streets to call attention to ourselves so when everyone is going to their respective businesses we are not noticed at all.
*JWs doesn't believe our God will punish innocent people for their failure to get the sense of what we want to say at the first, second, third or twentieth visit so we remain calm with our unbelieving neighbors.
*JWs doesn't have a separate mode of dressing that can make others feel we are judging them whatever type of dressing is acceptable and modest in the society is what we put on so our females dress modestly with their makeup and Jewelries.
*JWs don't live extravagant lifestyles that call the attention of the needy or thieves so everyone feels we are living average lives.

I don't need any lengthy answer than the first answer you already gave in which you said "Yes". And I have asked you if the Syrian government should leave them vulnerable to attacks. You have answered that they pay taxes. This means, they should not be left vulnerable. Consequently, they should be defended with swords and guns because they pay taxes.
