In this August 2018 legal advice, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) under the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) formally stated that there was no prima facie case against the then-Senate President, Bukola Saraki, regarding the April 2018 Offa bank robbery. The document explicitly noted that based on the interim police report provided to them, investigators were unable to establish any evidence linking the Senate President to the offences of criminal conspiracy, armed robbery, or culpable homicide.

The AGF’s office maintained this position by emphasizing that they had not found any "departure" from earlier findings that cleared him of involvement.

it's election time, the governor is going down. Same way he stop the emir palace pavilion which senetor saliu mustache wanted to single handle build at the cost of 2billion. Saraki led a disinterested, unbiased and egalitarian senate then unlike forcefed and bottlefed senate we have today

As seen in that picture, that's me NOW as Tinubu is. In few years, I would be far elevated above my pairs to fulfill destiny thesame way Tinubu was far elevated beyond everyone in that picture. So I decree
