Yes civilians were intentionally targeted over and over again. There are several videos that even show civilians being killed in broad day light with overwhelming force.

This is because the IDF considered even babies terrorists.

Isolated incidents happens in war. Soldiers will do such a thing. No one can control that. In every single conflicts it has happened where one or two soldiers did intentional killing of innocent people.

It's a war. It is ugly, which is exactly why Palestinians should not have started a war by killing and taking hostages.

If the intent was there, I mean the official goal of the war was to target innocent people, no one would be alive in Gaza today after years of war.
