writetopoka:I have similar view. The black man wasn't well colonized. South Africa with longer colonial history seems best in Africa. The so-called nationalists were jostling for personal positions left by the departing colonialist. That indeed was 90% of the motivation. There was no real love for country. What followed next was indescribable. From one country to another - corruption, mindless looting, coups and counter coups. And here we are today. Nowhere. |

writetopoka:/ Democracy is the worst thing that happened to Nigeria. It has become synonymous with impunity. One cannot help reminisce in nostalgia the discipline during military era. The unleashed vultures have even convinced many morons that worst democracy is better than best military rule. And those obligate morons are quick to vomit this thrashy ideology. / / |

Reference:I agree with your submissions except this solution. Can you kindly tell me one developed country today with foreign economy management? No country can grow except her people are ready to grow it. It is Nigerians that will make Nigeria work. Why will a foreigner be interested in making Nigeria work? If anything, they stand to gain from a shitty Nigeria. So, die that idea of a foreign management of the economy. Secondly, economy management is political. CBN handles monetary while Finance ministry that handles fiscal aspect of the economy. The head of government decides who head these two. Government policies, body language, and all affect the economy. It's not apolitical anywhere on this planet. What we need is good, sincere, and patriotic political leaders who put the people and the country first. |

helinues:This is a very senseless comparison. Besides, if "Beer" is the benchmark, why have y'all been complaining about Obi building a brewery in Anambra as a governor? Talking about a 3weeks ban like we breath in Nairaland? Why not make the ban permanent Almighty Helinues? |
