In all the instances where Samson killed in the Old Testament, he did not act by his own strength. Rather, he was empowered by the Spirit of the Lord. I wonder what kind of Spirit from the Lord enabled Samson to slay a full-grown lion, to kill thirty men and take their garments, and later to defeat a thousand Philistines. Could this same Spirit be the source of power behind Boko Haram and others whom we have been unable to stop? Tenrack:When Holy spirit enter Samson he killed a lion (Judges 14:5-6), thirty Philistines for a bet while also taking their clothes (Judges 14:19) and also a thousand Philistines (Judges 15:14-16)! When USA funds enter Boko Haram they became what they are! And we pray they are killed for their crimes! Should we pray Holy Spirit die with Samson too? |

AntiChristian post=139209359✓[size=8pt:1. Will need to verify your claim that all the killings he committed were enabled by the Spirit of YHWH, the God of Israelites, whose Spirit inhabited the Nazarite men of Israel, like Samson, who are from his chosen bloodline. 🥱🥱 2. Are Boko Haram members Israelites and Nazarites, chosen by the YHWH of Israel? Or are you desperate for another justification for joining Boko Haram apart from your Anubi's? 🥱 3. By the way, the USA never directly funded Boko Haram, as revealed by reports. But let's assume your suggestion here is the case, wouldn't it equally follow that Boko Haram are Kafirs for sourcing funds for their killing of your fellow Islamists from the Great Satan? 🥱🥱

Holy Spirit means God's Active Force so it made Samson more powerful than he supposed to be. It entered Elijah and made him run father than horses! 1Kings 18:45-46 |

Kobojunkie:You need not verify anything! Samsom has proven to have killed with the help of the Holy Spirit. And his justification for killing according to you is because he is supported by YHWH, the God of Israelites..... Did i get you well? 2. Are Boko Haram members Israelites and Nazarites, chosen by the YHWH of Israel? Or are you desperate for another justification for joining Boko Haram apart from your Anubi's? 🥱Boko haram are chosen to be funded by the proxy of the new Israel aka USA. Just as your own old Israel is justified by YHWH's support, why can't they claim support from whatever they call their own god? 3. By the way, the USA never directly funded Boko Haram, as revealed by reports. But let's assume your suggestion here is the case, wouldn't it equally follow that Boko Haram are Kafirs for sourcing funds for their killing of your fellow Islamists from the Great Satan? 🥱🥱It was definitely affirmed by a US Congressman Scot Perry made the claim that USAIDS funded terrorists including Boko Haram. You have a shallow understanding of everything Islam. Calling you a Kafir simply means you are a disbeliever in what i believe (Islam) just as Samson was killing those who were Kaafir to him though he slept with a hoe and didn't kill Delilah! |

AntiChristian:I see you are deadsst on Taqiyah-ing the shit out of us with these irrational questions of yours again. 🥱🥱 1. Again, I need confirm every one of your claims. As for justification, did Samson ever express that he needed justification for any of his killings? 🥱🥱 2. Is this like suggesting that your the Anubis and his bandits were also funded by, say the Romans or the Catholic company during their killing spree across say Arabia back in 7th century Arabia? 🥱 3. So, because he made reference.to a connection, means you are now free to conclude all ok your own that Boko Haram was directly funded by the US? 🥱🥱 4. Even after reading much of the core texts of Islam, something well over 95% percent of Islamics never read, you consider that I still don't know the truth about your deiry? Even though the core beliefs make it clear that I am probably to be considered among the worst of creatures, deserving subjugate at the hands of Islamists you conclude I don't know your deity still? 🥱 5. Kufar to Samson? Islam is really evil that it would do this to your mind. 🥱🥱 The Philistines were a tribe who invaded, killed and subjugated the Israelites, raping and stealing as they desired. For at least a generation the Israelites did not fight back against their overlords. And then along came Samson unwilling to tolerate them. He lived alongside them but refused to tolerate their bullying. 😟 But blessed by the power of Islamic Taqiyah, you are wanting us to abandon the original narrative altogether to find some point of intersection between the acts of Samson and the massacres done by Islamic terrorists. What would the world do without the religion of Taqjyah! 🥱 |

Kobojunkie:Na you dey lie here not me! Clear lies! 1. Again, I need confirm every one of your claims. As for justification, did Samson ever express that he needed justification for any of his killings? 🥱🥱Confirm it na! You are the one justifying Samson's killings making it seem right since it was approved by YHWH! 2. Is this like suggesting that your the Anubis and his bandits were also funded by, say the Romans or the Catholic company during their killing spree across say Arabia back in 7th century Arabia? 🥱Wetin be Anubis? Type in the general language everyone understands! 3. So, because he made reference.to a connection, means you are now free to conclude all ok your own that Boko Haram was directly funded by the US? 🥱🥱Yeah, the connection is clear with what USA did in Iraq looking for weapon of mass destruction all to no avail. And also occupying Afghanistan for decades with nothing to show for it. And everywhere they (i.e. USA, Israel, etc) go destruction seems to follow. 4. 🥱You may know much but understand little. Knowledge without understanding is a minus! 5. Kufar to Samson? Islam is really evil that it would do this to your mind. 🥱🥱Same killing YHWH too ordered people to do even to kill animals, keep female captives for themselves, and even share war booties for YHWH. The connection is God sending His spirit to enter Samson, and Boko Haram god sending His own spirit to make Boko haram do their acts too. Killings is the same! God may be the same too! I don't support both Samson and Boko Haram. |

AntiChristian:From my own understanding the word "GOOD" could mean a lot more than just seeing a matter from one angle. Samson is fighting for the land God gave his ancestors as a promise while the Philistines he was killing were seeking ways to drive God's people or exterminate them from the land. So from one angle Samson may be seen as doing what is bad by killing the Philistines but from another angle he is doing God's will by keeping God's people safe on that land!🤔 |

AntiChristian:1. A human being cannot justify another human being unless he/she is judge and jury over the other. Samson, who lived almost 3000 years ago, cannot be justified by my person. Rather, his justification can only be gotten from the Law of his God or the land at the time. And according to the story, Samson dealt with them in retaliation to the deeds they committed against him. 🤔 2. 😒 3. Wow... now na Iraq you dey fly off to? Na wa oo! Seems someone has a stick in his arse for this US. Anyways, I am not interested in the many segues. 😒 4. Oh, I get it! Islam thrives on ignorance. I get it. 😒 5. Yes, that was the general rule of warfare in the nation until it ceased to be a nation capable of fighting for itself about 2500 years ago. As a matter of fact, that rule was applied even longer than that, or at least until slavery was abolished by the British about 100 years ago. 😒 6. Oh I see now! It is you finally admitting that the killings done by Boko Haram against innocent people is a result of the Islamic god, and not the US after all? Right, right! 😒 7. Well the story of Samson does not state that he needed anyone's support for what he did. So, I am not certain why you frame your statement in the way you do. 😒 Boko Haram, a known Islamic terrorist groups, on the other hand, seems to seek support from people in our time as it constantly uses social media and lobbies government for money and resources every so often and what almost seems like permission to be left alone to continue to pillage. (Gumi, their spokesperson, literally said the terrorists are brothers implying they should not be killed.) And you attempting to make a case for Boko Haram by comparing its activities to that of an unrelated situation entirely makes me wonder what your real motive is. 😒 |
| Re: Why Does Samson Need The Spirit To Kill? by AntiChristian(op): 10:33am On May 07 |
Kobojunkie:Why do you keep telling lies? Samson killed people and stole their clothes to fulfil his gamble. And this is your shallow response? I judge Samson by the law and not by my own ruling. The laws Samson broke plenty o! In fact the Holy Spirit even helped him in Numbers 1-3! 1. Killing People Law Broken: The Sixth Commandment — "You shall not murder" (Exodus 20:13). Context: While Samson killed many Philistines, some of these acts were in personal vengeance or war, but the law forbids unlawful killing or murder. And he was even empowered by the Holy spirit to commit these acts. 2. Accepting Bets (Gambling) Law Broken: While the Mosaic Law does not explicitly mention gambling, it generally promotes honesty and condemns greed and exploitation (Leviticus 19:35-36). Accepting bets could be seen as encouraging greed or dishonesty, which would be against the spirit of the law. 3. Stealing Dead People's Clothing Law Broken: The Eighth Commandment — "You shall not steal" (Exodus 20:15). Context: Taking clothing from dead bodies of the people Samson killed without permission is theft, which is forbidden. 4. Committing Adultery with a Harlot Law Broken: The Seventh Commandment — "You shall not commit adultery" (Exodus 20:14). Context: Samson’s relationships with women outside of marriage, including a harlot, violated this commandment. 5. Other Possible Violations Breaking Nazarite Vow: Samson was a Nazarite, dedicated to God with specific vows (Numbers 6:1-21), including not cutting his hair, not drinking wine, and avoiding contact with the dead. By touching dead bodies and possibly other actions, he broke these vows. Intermarriage with Philistines: The Israelites were commanded not to intermarry with surrounding nations (Deuteronomy 7:3-4), which Samson did. 5. Yes, that was the general rule of warfare in the nation until it ceased to be a nation capable of fighting for itself about 2500 years ago. As a matter of fact, that rule was applied even longer than that, or at least until slavery was abolished by the British about 100 years ago. 😒It wasn't. Those 30 people he killed died because Samson needed their clothes to pay his gambling debt.USAIDs supports them. So it's the Christians and Jews who are behind Boko Haram not Saudi Arabia. 7. Well the story of Samson does not state that he needed anyone's support for what he did. So, I am not certain why you frame your statement in the way you do. 😒He was empowered by the spirit. Without the spirit, Samson would never have killed. Boko Haram, a known Islamic terrorist groups, on the other hand, seems to seek support from people in our time as it constantly uses social media and lobbies government for money and resources every so often and what almost seems like permission to be left alone to continue to pillage. (Gumi, their spokesperson, literally said the terrorists are brothers implying they should not be killed.) And you attempting to make a case for Boko Haram by comparing its activities to that of an unrelated situation entirely makes me wonder what your real motive is. 😒This is similar to the case of Samson when empowered with the holy spirit. The Holy spirit is the sponsor of rage and murderous intent. Without Holy Spirit Samson would never have killed anyone or any lion! Don't you see any similarities? And Samson was the patron father of suicide aka die with ya enemy! Suicide in islam means one will surely enter hell! |
| Re: Why Does Samson Need The Spirit To Kill? by Kobojunkie: 5:37pm On May 09 |
AntiChristian:Let's dissect the dishonesty in your claims, shall we? 1) Philistines were an enemy state. They attempted to colonize and enslave the Israelites in their own land. Therefore, only those laws that applied as far as enemy combatants/people would need to apply in this case. Also, Samson was born a judge in Israel, a special soldier to rid the nation of Israel of the Philistine invaders of his time. See Judges 13. 2. None of the verses you posted refer to gambling being a sin. Why do you resort to dishonesty? 35 “You must be fair when you judge people, and you must be fair when you measure and weigh things. The above is against cheating others, not gambling! If you do not know what gambling is, I suggest you do the necessary work to learn it first. 😒 3. Samson stole clothing belonging to dead Philistines, enemies of the state of Israel. Yet, you dishonestly ignore the fact that the Law allows soldiers to obtain for themselves booty from their actions against the enemies of their state? 😒 4. One first needs to be married to commit adultery. The story clearly informs you that Samson was not married. See Judges chapter 14 - 15. 5. The Law is specific about the nations the Israelites were not to intermarry with. According to Deuteronomy 7:1-4, the Israelites were explicitly forbidden from marrying into seven specific nations occupying Canaan to prevent idolatry: the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites. These nations were to be driven out, and intermarriage was banned because it would lead to worshipping other gods.Philistine is not on the list. 😒 As for the cutting of his hair, that remains the only issue in the story that we find of Samson, the cause of the Spirit eventually leaving him, only to then return after Samson had repented of his sin against YHWH.😒 Now notice how, of all you attempted to raise against him, the only sins you could get to stick on him by way of the Law of Moses are the same sins noted in the chapters of the book of Judges as sins counted against him which are drinking of wine, cutting of his hair, and maybe making contact with a dead human body because he killed people(even though he is highlighted to have done it using tools, I guess that at some point he may have made contact)? 😒 1. The Lord said to Moses,Anyways, my suggestion to you is that you take time out to read the details of the Law rather than leave it up to ChatGPT to critically reason the details of it for you. 😒 |
