Fellow Devs, what mobile apps did you recently build or currently building?

Mine was Phil, it's like a computer agent but for android. A mix of AI agent, automation and kotlin. Had to do a bit of JavaScript too for an external server. So what about you? what's your current level? how far have you gone?

Can't you think of something meaningful and world class to build? Something that'd actually challenge you and probably change your life.

Lol 😂. Are you even hearing yourself? An OS level agent that can control your phone for you in the background while you do other stuffs is shyt? And by Saas, you mean another gpt wrapper? The next evolution of AI is going to be agentic, AI that can actually do stuffs. That shyt I built is the most complicated thing I've ever built ever since I became a developer and I'd like to say it's also the most impressive thing. Do you know how I felt when I saw my screen moving? opening and using apps without any human supervision? The fact that what I built even shocked me should said alot. So no, this by far is better than 1000 AI saas products combined

Your OS level trash will never be allowed By Android security system to do any meaningful task.... Android will never give your app permissions to automate other apps or run above them, OS level my azz.

Your best short is to Root the so called operating system your build your Basic Ai on top off which will be redundant because no one will have the time to Root their phone just to play with your Shyt Ai

You might be thinking I'm hating on U, but trust me you're wasting your time.

I know android won't allow it. But a user can grant it with easily in settings. Why do you think I picked android over iOS? They don't need to grant it root access. It's just a button tap on settings by the users. Android system won't kill it, the 20 plus phones I tested it on worked. it's a foreground service and it's made RAM efficient. What you would have said is that playstore won't allow it which is that is true to some extent. But saying my agent would be killed on android OS is so shallow and makes it seems like I didn't anticipate that prior, did my homework and built a workaround. Hence, that's why I said my most impressive project till date 😁.

It's a very similar concept.

AI can do virtually everything a developer can Do. Just know how to question it's intelligence and don't be dumb too.

So if you ask me, writing codes in this age is just time wasting. Get a good AI to help you with that, provide it good ideas and fuse your ideas in a workflow. Lobatan.
