Matthew James Sullivan, 39 Bronze Star recipient, Air Force Intelligence Officer with top-secret clearance, worked at NSA, National Air & Space Intelligence Center — agreed to testify about the U.S. government’s secret crash retrieval UFO program.

He had personally seen non-human craft in U.S. possession.
