Youth Party (YP) is fast growing in the Nigeria political space. After getting their certification from the INEC and also favored by court injunction in 2019.

The state Party Chairman of Oyo State, Comrade Lanre Aruna who is also the son of the first PDP chairman in Oyo State (Late. Alhaji Aruna), visited Ward 5 of Akinyele ward meeting on Saturday 25th of April, 2025.

The meeting was held at Balogun street, Moniya, Ibadan.
