| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by giselle237: 5:56pm On Apr 25 |
Goodluck70000:Sorry, but there’s nothing more to do at the moment. Please pause for now. Unfortunately, it appears the requests are not being communicated clearly enough, and your written English is also contributing to the misunderstandings. As a result, any British ECOs reviewing your applications will struggle to interprete or understand what you are asking, and may decide not to engage further. For example, in this NEW refusal letter, they set out multiple reasons for their decision. However, you stated that it happened because you did not write a letter about your previous refusals. That’s not true. For this reason, it’s best to stop the continuous applications until the requirements are clearly understood, 3 refusals for her, 6 for you … leave the UK alone as your circumstances do not support repeated requests. I hate to say this, but the level of desperation here is becoming too much. Overwhelmingly too much. Please let these people be for now. It also isn’t fair to put your family through repeated refusals already, and then to plan for more next week. We on this thread also deserve some respite. It can’t be the same process repeated week after week. We are all adults. |

giselle237:Hello @ Giselle I said I wrote letter to address last refusals, but the eco said they were not satisfied. I am asking the house to put me through, how to write the letter that will satisfied the eco in the next application. If the written of the letter is solve, the remaining two reasons are also easy to solve,if you read the refusal letter I pasted above, you will see that my family was refused for three reasons. That is the area I want you to contribute way forward not asking us to stopped struggling for progress.pls go and the read before passing Judgment |

Goodluck70000:Just as I said earlier, you need to put a hold on further applications. Your repeated applications will not sway them; rather, it now looks like desperation. I would advise you to take at least a one-year break and apply again when your circumstances have changed and you are able to meet the concerns raised in the visa refusal letter. |

Goodluck70000:You have read so why should I read again? Stop spamming this thread with these witless statements. And at this juncture, I’m going to pass that judgement you have been asking for. 1. We are exhausted. 2. You are blocking meaningful concerns from people genuinely stuck in their visa application process and the comments of those helping them. 3. Stop disturbing and disrespecting people on this thread! 4. Nobody is going to entertain your silly questions and comments anymore. |

I have just received a UK visitor visa for 6 months. It is an eVisa, so there is no visa stamp in my passport. Can I book a return flight with KLM? Do KLM require a transit visa in this scenario? Thank you. |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by Newbie2024(m): 10:30pm On Apr 26 |
ghis202:Yes, transit visa is needed |

Hello all, thank you for all the good advice so far. I have one question. If your sponsor is based in Nigeria, what evidence can you use to say that they are not breaching UK immigration law? Thanks in advance. |
| Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by ghis202: 6:13pm On Apr 27 |
Goodluck70000:Thanks. To visit my family for reunion and use that opportunity to visit renowned museum and popular tourist centre in the same town I am going to. I broke down all the places that I will visit and all cost which matches what is in my application. My sponsor is my family. I won't use KLM as I have obtained answer somewhere else that it requires evisa as a visitor. I think long term visa and student do not require. |

Good day everyone, I need insight and application, mum is a government school teacher with regular salary in flow to the account, earns about 330k naira. She plans to upload the salary account only but the mum seems to regularly transfer and sometimes receive money from her other account (she sends money to herself), one month she transferred almost her whole salary to her other account, another month she made a bulk purchase of some pots like 600k which she bought with a colleague who transferred the money for it to her other account and she also transferred that money back to her salary account like 2 days after that. I don't want to upload her second bank statement because it is messy with lots of transactions that could be hard to explain. Not sure how to go about the monthly expenditure to fill in the form because the especially bulk pot purchase in February and the month she transferred almost all her salary to her second account shoot up the monthly outgoings to like 420k average which is more than her regular salary and other months her expenditure is usually between 220,000 naira and 280,000 naira. She has like 300k balance in the account. I put she has no other income and savings on the form and I put in 285,000 naira in the form as monthly expenditure but thought to ask for advice first for best way to handle this I am fully sponsoring the application @giselle237, Cashmadam and everyone else with valuable insight. Thanks |

giselle237:I have observed your take on this matter overtime and I hope what I'm about to say you will help you stay mute going forward. 4 types of persons you can't advice: A man with money A woman in love A follower of a prophet/spiritual leader A Nigerian man determined to relocate at all cost You are advising someone who is willing to jeopardise his daughter's future chances of international travel. Please leave this matter even if the pseudonym changes again |

HaneefahRN:What are the strong points in her profile because this explanation can spoil an application? To be safe, wait till those expenses clear out if the rest of her circumstances are not strong. |
