Well, a divorce might not be feasible. But Churchill is already in soup. If he promised marriage that led to the introduction, he is going to pay hugely for failing to keep to that promise after having couple of children with the woman.
Even if there was no agreement, the children will prove otherwise.
So he should start planning on how to settle with Roseline already and not hinge his defense on marriage status with Roseline

I'm not saying he's evil because he did not marry her legally. He's manipulator, a sly cunning one at that. He was using Rosy to get back at Tonto, making her throw all sorts of shades at her. Now that he's done with her, he's is now throwing her under the bus, claiming she made him choose between her and his children. When they were together Rosy appeared to have good relationship with his children including the daughter he had from a previous marriage. At what point did she suddenly start asking him to choose between her and his kids? He knows exactly what he's doing

Some of the most serious people you could ever meet are divorcees. You would be making a grave mistake if you underestimated people just because they are divorcees.

I wager that you are unmarried. Most (long term) married people have been humbled in one way or the other by their marital journey...they usually have seen quite a lot - both in their marriages and those of others. They have seen other married couples who started just like they did - but who then ended up separated or in divorce court. They know it could have been them - and that makes them humble and less judgemental.

1. Do not marry anyone who has had a child with another no matter the circumstances or situations attached to it. This applies to men and women.

2. Women stay away from "sweet" boys like Churchill. They will "love" the "old" woman or find a new one to replace you.

3. Introduction as it is called is a binding and legal under tot law. If it is not codified it is because Nigeria is a contraption.
