Remember the day I heard the Nigga said he planned to retire off 2 estates he owns that football money doesn't last forever. I knew he was financially retarded.

With all those earnings and luxury collections and all you could afford to retire off are just 2 estates?

Nigga fu.c..k outta here.
You didn't ask the type of estate he was referring to.

Kukuma title the post as Osimhen biography.
Very poor reportage.
Bulked up the story with tales by moonlight while the real essence was not more than a couple of lines. The internet is free, everyone is on it including quality writers and media personalities to emulate.

And this here is why the likes of floyd mayweather will never go broke. He buys everything he owns cash. No credits, no leases, no Ts & Cs. Osimhen with all the money he's been paid weekly still goes for leases. Na wa

COMRADES, he will pay all immediately because he is far away bigger than this amount
I think these celebrities do this deliberately because I remember sometimes ago Rick Ross too had similar issue with the luxury watch manufacturer Rolex
.. what is their reason of them doing it deliberately

Looks like this story is not complete or there is some misunderstanding somewhere. Everyone knows he can pay this debt and has likely done so but somehow not getting to the appropriate party.

And you believe the crap above? A guy that can easily purchase more than 10 of that car. Why didn't call him out when he was at Napoli where the, according to them, the debt saga took place? Why wait till he got Galatasaray before bringing it out? Bro, that guy is not owing the company anything
So you think a company like Mercedes Benz will risk its reputation by making a false claim against an international football star?

Leasing instead of outright purchase enables you take advantage of some tax benefits so as to reduce your tax liability

Assistant wealth manager I greet you.

You think he won't be ashamed trading his possessions for cash in later years?

If Micheal Jackson with all his earnings could go broke, then osimhen is just a tip of the iceberg I don't mean to sound like a hater but you SHOULD get the point. SHOULD.

Don't get me started on Floyd Mayweather.
What if he doesn't fall into your assertion above about the fallen celebs?

Lease rental fees are usually tax-deductible, this means you can deduct it from your income before applying the tax rate this reducing the amount of tax you need to pay.

For example let us say your income is $100k and you own a luxury car which you purchased outright if tax rate is 15% it will be applied directly on your income meaning you will have a tax liability of $15k

On the other hand if the luxury car is leased and the total lease rental fees is $10k, to compute your tax this amount will first be deducted from your income of $100k leaving $90 and the tax rate of 15% will be applied on giving a tax liability of $13.5k instead of $15k in the first scenario

..the tax liability difference is not much..$1.5k difference..so it's even much better to buy the car than leasing

I used small figures for the illustration so as to make it easier to understand.

In real life situations the tax savings can actually run into several thousands

..he leased the car since 2023...this is 3 years.
So osihem has the money to buy the car or pay the debt of 142 million naira and pay the tax liability..this is the same osihem that bought a mansion in Lagos for 3 billion naira..the same osihem that also flys in private jet... maybe he does not want to pay the debts of the car of 142 million naira and tax liability...142 million naira including the tax liability is a small money to osihem

Osihem is a billionaire
