In fact those members that work as mobile police and paramilitary agencies are those they call ahead of time, have meetings with them on how they can help regarding security arrangements for their large gatherings.

I am saying this because I have been in such meetings before. The congregation I was then, they have a mobile police in their midst and he has risen so high in the mobile force and serve equally as an elder in their midst. He has a very good rifle at that. Where I served years back the wife of one of brothers there is a notable civil defence official.
