Yes the matter continues at the High Court. You have less than 20 days to finish nomination. And you are dealing with an adverse order

Let all the petitions be withdrawn and settle the matter in house because if not, the court case might last till 3 months before the election.

See Obedients lawyer telling them what I have already told them here, but the dundees are just as dull as the 3rd class fraudster.

The Supreme Court has not and did not recognize David Mark as ADC chairman. It simply told him to go the lower court and resolve his contested position.
Re: Supreme Court Sets Up ADC- Sam Amadi by DoTheNeedful: 8:26pm On Apr 30
This was my initial thought when I read the earlier news. Unfortunately, many are incapable of logical analysis. The quality of engagement is very low on our social media space.

The judgement of the court is worse than upholding the status quo ante bellum. The court is asking the case to be taken back to the federal high court. The litigation of the issues are starting afresh and it would still get back to the supreme court at some point.

The judgement did not in anyway make pronouncement about the validity of David Mark's leadership. It further does not compel INEC to recognize David Mark. If anything, INEC might decide to implement the Tuesday's judgement that derecognize David Mark as the ADC chairman, pending its vacation at the Appeal and the Supreme Court.

The case might going on for many more months. I think it is advisable for the opposition to use their plan B at this point. The smarter ones would find home in other parties.

Sam Amadi is only saying this because Obi has probably set his mind on decamping out of the ADC before this verdict. He should feel free to do so already. Most of the Southeastern politicians with ambitions only want Obi to run solo so they can ride on his wave and win their own elections.

Honestly The Supreme Court finally buried ADC today in a very smart yet cunning judgment handed to them to avoid international scrutiny as they noticed many foreign bodies were interested in the case angry

It is over for ADC guys.

What is the plan B? I feel sad mhen

You are wrong brother. Calm down and read the Supreme Court judgment, it's a complete set up of ADC.

Supreme Court smartly buried ADC today.

ADC cannot field candidate for 2027 Presidential election due to INEC timeline and time constraint.

Supreme Court referred the case back to Federal High Court.

Now FHC will need to fix a date for the hearing, and the possible outcome is nullification of David Mark led NWC.

Meanwhile with today's Supreme Court ruling, FHC ruling of yesterday asking INEC to stop recognizing David Mark led NWC of the ADC will take effect even as the same FHC nullified the David Mark led MWC convention, so can't you see the set up here?

ADC is gone bro

Okay, Harvey Spectre. I'm sure the ADC and her members will take their chances.

The Supreme Court did not bury ADC, the party members are the ones willing to bury the party but as usual, they always don't ever want to take responsibilities for their actions. They prefer to look for who to blame. Supreme Court has no other option than to send the case back to the trial court. That's the only option available for them. Even at that, yesterday's judgement still remains valid. The David Mark's NWC has been nullified by the FHC. So, the problem is beyond Bala Gombe's case. It's an unending legal quagmire that won't go away.

Supreme Court buried ADC, stop playing smart as if you don't know that its the Presidency thats playing all these movie we are all watching.

You guys should be bold enough to own it up with your full chest, its part of the game, so stop the denial.

Bala Gombe resigned.

David Mark, Aregbesola, Atiku, Nwosu and more aren't babies in politics. Who is Bala Gombe that cannot even speak English? He felt played and ran outside and got bought by Presidency as a tool to scatter ADC using the judiciary.

They just want to waste ADC and opposition figures time, its all a political game

Stop wailing, ADC was a SPV, the opposition are in talks with PRP, NDC, PDP and others.
Tinubu MUST be sent to Bourdillon.

As it stands now, PDP may become the new bride grin grin grin grin

Exactly! I’ve always perceived that’s the position the SC will take.. all parties continue their case at the Federal High Court

Sam Amadi should go and sit somewhere and be quiet

If you see the big crisis he created in the Labour party even claiming that the Labour party belonged to the Nigerian Labour union that he was the head of

Does ADC also belong to the Nigerian Labour union too?
