HIV positive women can have vaginal delivery and breastfeed their babies, just like other women who are negative.

ur mind the am and u know wat, the hospital will run it without telling u, nd if de see it as positive na number 1 cause , cos person go think na malaria but no be malaria , so hospital will run it without even telling, when the find is negative, then the real test strts lik ulcer, hypertisis and other critical sickness

Hmmm interesting take but my personal opinion is that married people into infidelity tend to be stricter with protection knowing fully well that any infection would have higher consequences. Single guys can treat themselves secretly and simply be unavailable but that's not a breeze with married folks.
