Indians for instance have a business culture, they help each other from small stores to Big business.When most of them get educated they will join their fellow Indians

Let's take your five trillion. Divide by sixty years since 1965. 83 billion per year. Divide by average population over that period which is 35 million. Result. A little over two thousand dollars per year.

Then take your 80 per cent of benefits which you yourself said went to other races. Result would be x4 what blacks got. Almost Ten thousand dollars per head.

So what are you on about.

Until you understand that you have an anti-black bias, you can't start on the road to having clarity of analysis. Because, for you, it's a simple case of of white, good, black, bad.

1. Compare poor to rich countries to see the variance. No, you chose to compare poor and poorer countries and you expect sense to come out of the data.

2. There is a second factor that you ignored- law enforcement. That can also explain the variance from poor to poorer countries. Not to also consider population size and type of crime....
