Chibumalasia, Badadvisor, and AbelAbdul continuous engagement with these three individuals has reduced meaningful communication in this group. I have tried to ignore them, but they keep repeating the same claims that because my email is on my profile, I am scamming people.

That email has been there since April 16, 2017. If I had scammed anyone via that email since 2017, someone would have called me out on Nairaland by now. For years, no one has except these individuals, who have provided no proof.

It’s clear that their actions are making the group unproductive, and their aim seems to be to frustrate me out of the discussion, which will not happen. They continue to target my credibility by replying to others and calling me a scammer without evidence. They also claim I use AI to respond, which is simply not true.

Please, Justwise, this group has helped countless people long before I joined. It helped me back in 2015/2016, especially in 2017, and it will continue to help many more people. Over the past two weeks, I have spent time responding to repeated false and baseless claims, yet they remain relentless in disrupting the group.

I respectfully ask that you help restore sanity to this group so we can refocus on what truly matters sharing experiences, offering guidance, and helping others.

Someone come here and is using AI to reply everybody. Have noticed that thing since am just thinking that why people have not talk. If you check last year, somebody have call him out. Anytime somebody call him out he will start abusing them. He will stay here 24/7 and be replying with AI. He did not have work? He now put his email on his profile for people to DM him so that he can scam them privately. He will say his a Do It Yourself but he is busy promoting agents here. The same person that say Do it Yourself have email on his profile for people to DM him.

If you have not seen this pattern and you're waiting for him to scam somebody before you do something about him. No problem. I will not say anything again but the day he will scam someone here, I will call you out for allowing it to happen before you take action

I don’t know how long you have been here to know how I deal with visa agents and scammers, I have zero tolerance for such and I will not compromise on this.

I will not ban anyone without clear evidence, using AI to answer questions is not a crime, spending all day here answering questions is not a criminal offence.

Putting your contact details on your profile is not a violation of nairaland policy.

Show me an evidence of him contacting anyone here for visa activities, show me one evidence of him dropping his contact details here asking anyone to contact him then his id and posts will be gone within an hour of me receiving those evidences.

Good morning house.
Please who can help me with a budget for a student visa and relocation from Nigeria to Quebec. My sponsor needs to see a breakdown of the cost involved, from visa application to landing. E.g. CAQ fee, visa application fee, medicals & biometrics, flight, local transport, and other expected expenses.

Also, would a payment receipt serve for 10-15m "sale of land" PoF or do I need any extra documents?

1. The question in the Study Permit asked "Why is your family member visiting Canada?"

A. Visit - Tourism
B. Visit - All other types
C. Less than 6 months studies
D. Study more than 6 months
E. Work in work permit exempted category
F. Work (Labour Market Impact Assessment Required)
G. Work with an Open Work Permit
H. Transit

2. If I pick that the purpose is D. Study more than 6months for my child, they are asking for PAL/TAL and Acceptance Letter. I am the one going for Master's Programme. Of course, a child needs to attend school while with me over there. Can I claim exception for the child and with what?

I will appreciate your guidance on how this is handled on family applications.

how old is the child? If less than 5 select visit all other types

Your pick should be Visit : All other types. You may then explain the kind of visit as an accompanying children. The children have the option to stay behind if their study and livelihood is easier to juggle with your study or return back home to your spouse or other family member pending the time you finish your graduate study.

If 4+, D. Study more than 6 months,
but
if less than 4, B. Visit – All other types

unless the child is not going with you

Option D will trigger study permit for your child, which you will use an explanation for PAL exemption for the child along with your LOA as your child's LOA...

Don't forget that adding a family member increases the POF you need.

Hi everyone, I trust we're well. I wanted to make inquiries on POF, and how people go about it. I have a lump sum that is more than enough for the required POF, that is available to be sent to my account, my school fees will be paid before I apply for my visa, so all I need to figure out is how do people structure lump sums dropping in their accounts and explain to IRCC in a way that works.

It's coming from work account, I'm currently employed there but they are reluctant to say they are funding my application or that it's a work bonus. Anyway anyone can think of that can serve as a reasonable explanation to IRCC that has been used and one that actually worked.

Note: I also own a 3 bedroom bungalow that will help with home-ties and revenue source

On your first page, create a table of content that shows the document name and page to make it easy for whoever is reading to trace. Then merge the documents accordingly. If you can label the heading of each doc, good. And if you cant, no problem. Just make sure your table of content matches each page.

This is very strange to me and I can't seem to find references anywhere. Last I checked, 1 year program qualifies you for pgwp so long as your field of study is on the approved list, and your institution is a DLI

Creating an Express entry profile EE is not a permanent residence application but only if you have received Invitation to Apply and have submitted PR application.

Yes it still does, but 1yr program isn't a good plan these days. So, I didn't consider it at all. Also, I thought the person might be married and not single. If married, then college isn't the best deal.
