Ugochi, from Imo State, said she was looking for a job when she contacted a friend in Lagos. The friend invited her over, claiming there was a job opportunity.

Upon arriving, she said she was treated well at first. However, on the second day, she began to be introduced to different men. She alleged that she was often drugged and forced to sleep with between five and ten men daily.

She added that the people involved did not care if she was on her period; they were only interested in making money. According to her, whenever she refused, she was beaten.

I am sure her so called friend in Lagos might have brief her of the type of job she is coming to do. However what she met is different from what she is expecting.
If not at 19 how can she leave Imo state to Lagos without her parents or any relative knowing, yet they did not declare her missing over the period she stayed in Lagos.
