Lagos buildings from the 70's. Is that a thing to celebrate? Nothing going since, due to poor leaders since 2000's |

Don't complain. This is what you get from decades of decline. Decades of a poorly run economy. You just cannot square the circle of 60 percent poverty with shiny new cities. It doesn't add up. If you try, the gap between the haves and the have-nots will simply tear the country apart. |

Lagos is one big, overhyped, crazy, dirty slum of a place you can never pay me enough to live in. Thank God that I left the soulless, dirty place many years ago. Born, bred, and raised on Lagos Island, which is now a haven and den of filth for miscreants and vagabonds. |

Since when ikoyi and lekki be Africa or Nigeria. Those wealthy so called affluent location be it lagos abuja constitute less than 7 percent of the total wealth to poverty demography. Why use it then to represent the entire landscape. You cheating my friend. What of itire or ipaja, or mafoluku. Or other places like maroko, ajemgule. Una wan sell Africa , sell the truth. Which is the entirety of it. Morever those so.called luxury lagos destinations. are but the norm in civilize west. |

These are the real lagos not the ikotun area I visited in 2017 with very terrible roads and dirts littered everywhere after that visit i concluded in my mind that the real developed parts of lagos i used to see on tv is probably less than 40% of the entire lagos state. |

Gbadugbakun:People like you demarket the country and you want respect out side the shores. Keep it up. Asians have been trying to scam me since I got here but no one regards them as scammers because they keep mute about it and there’s no statistics to quote. But you just love to speak ill of your country and when the rest of the world act on your views you complain. |
