For your information, this was local government councillor and mayoral elections.

Reform have control of 14 out of 382 councils. Labour control ~71–73, Conservatives control ~24–27. Liberal Democrats control ~45, and the Green Party (or rather, my party of the boob enlargements) control 5.

60 councils are No Overall Control.

All this is inherently wrong . The spineless Republicans not wanting to be called racist simply accepted the maps which increased democrat house numbers.

I think in Virginia both parties had formed an independent commission to redraw maps after census results ..When Texas and Florida eliminated a few seats, Virginia democrats blatantly decided to override the commission and compensate for lost seats in Texas . They did it stupidly ,5 seats originating from Fairfax.see below.
