Quite unfortunate. Same way a colleague's night shift was canceled only to get home unannounced and found his wife with another man in their matrimonial bed. Dude was kicked out of their CoS because of this but luckily enough for him, he was able to secure a global talent visa.

There is no such law that terminates the main applicants visa and mandates him or her to leave with the dependent …

its the dependent attaché that is mandated to leave within 60 days or find another Visa or partner with valid visa to gumbody …..

In reality seff, the divorced partner dont even leave especially when children are involved…

Take it easy with the misinformation. The Main Sponsor does not have to leave the UK; their status is not affected by the divorce.

If they divorce, he cannot remove her from his sponsorship unless she secures a new sponsor. If he removes her, the new UK immigration law which most of you dont know yet is that both of them have to leave UK.

Because of this new law, a lot of Nigerian ladies who brought their husbands to UK on their visa sponsorship that went to remove their husbands from their sponsorship so that they will be asked to leave UK have been rushing back to withdraw their application to remove their husband from their sponsorship knowing fully well that with the new UK immigration law, they too must leave the UK
