I'm enjoying this. Who thinks democrats will take the house in November?
The US supreme court is bringing an end to systemic racism.
DeepSight take note; racial gerrymandering is systemic racism.
Affirmative action is systemic racism.
We all seek a colour blind society not one that favours one race over the other.
Re: American Politics Thread: Trump Is The 47th President! by tctrills: 10:38am On May 09
DeepSight and gang, you argue that welfare spending should not be equated to reparations because it's not specifically for the blacks but in addition to welfare spending, the US has spend hundreds of billions, maybe up to a trillion on black specific programmes.

How is this not better than the Jewish reparations.

A careful estimate would be:

> **The U.S. has likely spent somewhere between several hundred billion dollars and perhaps over $1 trillion (in nominal dollars over time) on programs specifically designed to reduce racial discrimination or improve minority participation since 1965.**

But there are major limits to any estimate because:

* many programs were indirect (contracts, hiring mandates, grants, enforcement, education access),
* and there is no official government total.

Here’s the rough logic historians and economists use:

* Since the 1970s, **hundreds of billions** have been directed through minority contracting and affirmative-action procurement programs alone. ([IZA Docs])
* Federal contracting programs for disadvantaged businesses regularly awarded tens of billions annually by the 2000s and 2010s. In 2008 alone, disadvantaged business enterprises received about **$28.2 billion** in federal procurement contracts. ([IZA Docs]
* One modern transportation-related disadvantaged business program has been estimated around **$37 billion** by itself. ([The Washington Post)
* Beyond contracting, spending also included:

* Equal Employment Opportunity enforcement
* affirmative-action compliance systems
* minority business agencies
* race-conscious scholarship and education initiatives
* urban development and anti-discrimination programs
* diversity hiring mandates for federal contractors

So if you aggregate:

* decades of minority contracting preferences,
* federal agency programs,
* enforcement systems,
* grant programs,
* education initiatives,
* and state/local affirmative-action systems,

a broad estimate of:

* **$500 billion–$1+ trillion cumulative since 1965**
is plausible as an order-of-magnitude estimate.

What more should the US do for black America?

Most of the systemic racism we have observed has been to favour black America.
Such as
Affirmative action
Racial Gerrymandering
Re: American Politics Thread: Trump Is The 47th President! by tctrills: 10:44am On May 09
Racial gerrymandering and race-based affirmative action are forms of systemic racism because they allow government institutions to treat citizens differently based primarily on race. Laws and policies should be colour-blind. Using race in district maps, hiring, admissions, or contracts reinforces racial division instead of moving society toward equal treatment.

These policies can unfairly disadvantage individuals who were not responsible for past discrimination. Judging people partly by racial identity means race is influencing opportunities and political power. The fairest system is one where people are treated as individuals rather than representatives of racial groups.

Judge freed this thug despite prosecutors telling him not to, this thug ends up murdering a police officer

CHICAGO JUDGE JOHN LYKE IGNORED PROSECUTORS AND FREED CAREER CRIMINAL WITH 7 FELONIES — NOW ACCUSED OF MURDERING POLICE OFFICER

Calls are ramping up to impeach and hold liable Chicago Judge John Lyke after he released a known dangerous criminal who then allegedly killed a police officer.

“The judge said NO!” the report highlighted. “The judge was convinced he changed his ways.”

Alfonso Talley had seven previous felonies, including armed robbery and using a gun to carjack a woman. He was already facing four separate violent crime charges and had three outstanding warrants, including for violating electronic monitoring.

“Prosecutors told Cook County Circuit Judge John Lyke that Talley should be kept behind bars until his trials,” the report stated. “But the judge said no.”

Citing Illinois’ no-cash-bail law and the state’s safety act, Judge Lyke released him anyway. Talley was later arrested for robbing a dollar store and pistol-whipping a female employee before shooting Chicago police officer Bartholomew.

What was the point of releasing a dangerous felon.
There are many judges who have done the same. Time they were held responsible. This be similar to a bartender serving a drunk with alcohol who then goes ahead and commits a road accident.
If this was in Wakanda, you'd know bribes were exchanged.

You’re lost if think stuff like this doesn’t have generational impact. And that wanting to correct the impacts of these kinds of events (there were many other events like this) is somehow racist against white people.

Truly truly lost. Physically, spiritually and mentally. In all the ways that matters.

The descendants of people who benefited from this convinced you it’s racist to seek compensation for the descendants of the sufferers. Truly lost.

"A doctor walked into a prison, saw 3,000 Black men, and said: ""I see acres of skin.""
Philadelphia, 1951.
Dr. Albert Kligman was 35. A dermatology professor at the University of Pennsylvania. The city had called him to Holmesburg Prison to treat an athlete's foot outbreak.
He walked in. Looked around. Saw thousands of men behind bars.
Nearly 90% were Black. Most of the rest were Puerto Rican. Many hadn't been convicted of anything yet—they were just too poor to make bail.
Kligman later said: ""All I saw before me were acres of skin. It was like a farmer seeing a fertile field for the first time.""
He decided to turn them into test subjects.
For the next 23 years, he ran medical experiments on prisoners at Holmesburg.
At first, it was simple: skin creams, shampoos, deodorants.
Then the money got bigger. Johnson & Johnson. Dow Chemical. The U.S. Army. The CIA.
The experiments got darker.
He injected men with herpes, staph infections, and wart viruses.
He poured industrial chemicals on their backs to see what would burn.
He yanked out fingernails to study regrowth.
He locked their feet in boots filled with fungus for a week.
He gave them experimental drugs without telling them what was inside.
He painted radioactive material on their skin.
He administered LSD and other hallucinogens as part of the CIA's MK-Ultra mind-control program.
And in 1965, Dow Chemical paid him $10,000 to test dioxin—the toxic ingredient in Agent Orange.
Kligman painted it onto the backs of 70 men.
The dose was 468 times stronger than what Dow had requested.
The men developed severe chemical acne. Open sores. Pus-filled cysts that lasted for months, even years. Many later developed cancer.
The consent forms they signed never mentioned dioxin. Most couldn't read. Many were illiterate.
They were paid about a dollar a day—sometimes a dollar fifty. That was four times what they'd earn mopping floors.
So they lined up. They needed the money. Their families needed the money.
A former prison worker described walking through Holmesburg and seeing hundreds of inmates covered in patches—some healing, some oozing, some with wounds that had been open for months.
The men called themselves ""guinea pigs.""
While Kligman was burning prisoners with chemicals, he was also building his fortune.
He invented Retin-A, one of the most successful skincare products in history. It's still sold today in millions of pharmacies worldwide.
He developed it using data from experiments on prisoners.
He patented it in 1969. Made millions.
Here's how he got away with it:
In the 1950s and '60s, prison experiments were legal. Common, even. Drug companies needed human test subjects. Prisoners were convenient.
The University of Pennsylvania backed him. Took a cut of his research funding.
The city of Philadelphia knew. Did nothing.
Federal agencies funded his work. The Army. The CIA. The Atomic Energy Commission.
There were no informed consent laws. No oversight. No one checking.
It only stopped because of a public scandal.
In 1973, Senator Edward Kennedy held Congressional hearings on prison experiments, calling them unethical and coercive.
In 1974, the federal government banned medical experiments on prisoners.
Kligman's program shut down.
By then, he had experimented on hundreds of men over 23 years.
Most of them suffered for the rest of their lives.
Some developed cancer. Some had skin diseases that never healed. Some had permanent mental health damage. Some had organ failure they didn't know about until it was too late.
Many died young.
In 2000, 298 survivors sued the city, the university, and Kligman.
They didn't want money. They wanted medical care. They wanted to know what had been put in their bodies.
The court dismissed the case. Statute of limitations had expired.
The men got nothing.
Albert Kligman never apologized.
In 2006—four years before his death—he told The New York Times: ""I still don't see there having been anything wrong with what we were doing.""
He died in 2010, age 93. Wealthy. Celebrated. Honored by the medical community.
For decades, the University of Pennsylvania kept his name on awards and lecture series. Dermatologists called him the ""father of modern dermatology.""
It wasn't until 2021—after the George Floyd protests—that the University of Pennsylvania finally apologized and removed his name.
In 2022, the city of Philadelphia apologized.
In 2023, the Philadelphia College of Physicians apologized.
They all said sorry.
None of them paid the survivors.
Most of the men are dead now.
The few still alive are elderly. Sick. Many never told their families what had been done to them.
Some only learned the full truth recently, after journalists started digging through old archives.
A man named Edward Anthony was in the dioxin tests. He lived with painful skin disease his entire life. He died still waiting for an apology that came too late.
Here's what makes this unbearable:
These men weren't hardened criminals being punished. Many were just waiting for trial. They hadn't been convicted of anything.
They were trapped. They were poor. They were Black and Puerto Rican in a country that saw them as disposable.
A wealthy white doctor looked at them and saw raw material. ""Acres of skin.""
He used them. Got rich. Got famous. Died honored.
They died poor. Sick. Forgotten.
Retin-A is sold in millions of stores today. Anti-aging creams derived from that research are advertised in glossy magazines.
Almost no one knows where the science came from.
It came from a prison in Philadelphia. From dioxin painted on Black men's backs. From asbestos injected into their skin. From drugs forced into their bodies without their knowledge.
From a doctor who saw them as a harvest.
The Holmesburg prisoners. Used as guinea pigs for 23 years.
By a doctor who never said sorry.
By a system that protected him."

Call evil for what it is.
That was downright evil and comparable to Dr Mengele.
The doctor should have been tried posthumously and every penny he made be confiscated.

🚨REMINDER: Judge Arthur Engoron and Leticia James claimed Mar-a-Lago was worth between $18 million and $27.6 million.

Forbes just valued Mar-a- Lago at $564 million.

30 times what they claimed.

They scammed just to get Trump on fraud.

They both belong in prison.

This should be filed under election interference which has fines of 5 years or more. Plus, addition charges

Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law: A federal crime where a judge uses their official position to willfully deprive an individual of constitutional rights.

Obstruction of Justice: If the judge intentionally corrupts the judicial process.

Bribery and Fraud: If the wrongful charge was motivated by personal gain or kickbacks (e.g., the "Kids for Cash" scandal).

Felony Charges: Depending on the jurisdiction and severity, acts like perjury or filing false documents can be felonies.

Professional Discipline and PenaltiesJudicial conduct commissions investigate complaints of misconduct and can impose significant career-ending sanctions.

Removal from Office: The most severe sanction, used for persistent or egregious misconduct.Disbarment: Removal of the judge's license to practice law.

Suspension: Interim or permanent suspension without pay.

Public Reprimand or Censure: A formal, public rebuke that damages the judge's reputation.

Accountability MeasuresIf a judge acts outside their jurisdiction or commits "fraud upon the court," traditional immunity may not apply, allowing for:Civil Rights Lawsuits: While rare, a judge can be sued under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 if they violated someone’s constitutional rights and were not acting within their judicial role.

RICO case should expose all the coordinated democrats lawfare.
Engoron used the property tax assessed to declare fraud before trial. When taking a loan,tr value of the business is what you declare not the brick and mortar valuation.
The trial was to determine how to bankrupt Trump.

That’s why DEI was a thing. To ensure that people whose minds are like that do not get to decide who gets opportunities. It existed to make sure that in a pool of qualified individuals, black and brown people weren’t being overlooked for their white counterparts because we trusted racist pigs and their descendants to do right by people they consider as beneath them

You guys honestly believed that people who did stuff like this and their descendants they raised to view themselves as superior would randomly and honestly give black people opportunities they merited fair and square? Of course not.
