Making an unequal playing field made unequal be generations of racism equal is not improper. Neither is it a concession to any inferiority.

The truth is that whites have enjoyed undeserved advantages FAR more than blacks have and there is nothing wrong with common sense policies to even out the field.

But what really exposed your mentality is the fact that even today, if anything unfair is done in favour of whites, you support it. Where any white supremacist action is taken against blacks you support it. Where white supremacists make racists statements against blacks, you support them. You go out of your way to support the mistreatment and denigration of blacks everywhere no matter what. This shows what you really are.
Your argument is emotional, 0 logic.

You are saying past racism justifies present racial discrimination. I disagree 💯

I do not support unfairness in favour of whites or blacks. I am consistently holding this position.

I support equal standards. If the playing field is unfair, fix the barriers.

But do not pretend racial preference is the same thing as fairness.

You really should stop hiding behind you support white supremacy. This is your lazy way of reasoning and to avoid the rel debate.

The issue is whether people today shouod be treated differently because of their race? My answer is no. What is your answer?

You are the one lacking logic. Did you not see in my post that the Supreme Court has barred any race based consideration while a majority of whites still enjoy preferential treatment in admissions based on things like donations?

This incapacity to read and think is really sad.

Here goes again:

...3. Other Preferences (Legacy and Donors)
While the debate often focuses on race, critics and legal experts point out that Harvard also grants preferences to other groups:

Legacy Applicants: Children of alumni.

Dean’s Interest List: Children of major donors.

Athletes: Recruited students for sports teams.

Studies presented during the SFFA trial suggested that these groups—which are statistically more likely to be white and wealthy—often receive a much larger "tip" in the admissions process than racial minorities ever did...

I rad what you wrote. The problem is your conclusion does not follow.

I say if the legacy admissions, donor preferences, and special treatment for wealthy applicants are unfair, then remove them too. I have no problem saying that.

Recently I read about a fraud wealthy white people were doing, some Hollywood stars were arrested. It's more like a class issue than race but I digress.

This your argument is nothing short of a contradiction.

If your position is that group preference is acceptable, then why are you angry when whites use their own group advantage through legacy, donor networks, alumni connections, and institutional influence?

You cannot say race-based preference is moral when it benefits your side, but immoral when another group benefits from its own networks.

My position is consistent: remove all unfair preference race preference, donor preference, legacy preference, and any system that gives people advantage because of birth, race, or family connection. We should be color-blind.

So

You do not hate preference. You only hate preference when it does not benefit your preferred group.

I oppose both. I oppose legacy preference for rich white applicants, and I oppose race preference for Black applicants.

That is the difference between us. I am arguing for equal standards. You are arguing for selective favoritism.

You should not have a problem with this kind of reaction since Trump has reacted just like that to the deaths of others.
Leftists actually want to kill and actively shoot people they dont agree with their political views unlike Trump

You can go nd inquire about that from any University, the fact remains that the wealthiest demographic gets the majority of that preferential treatment.

Just like the wealthiest people with the best credit scores are able to buy houses, and pay for stuffs they want including college education

Why must it be Americans?

But two come to mind -

Renée Nicole Good and Alex Jeffrey Pretti.

These are aside from the Venezuela Boat killings, killings in Iran, and the thousands who have died as a result of USAID withdrawal.

School gives preference to anyone who can donate to them regardless of color

If you have the money you can also pay

Just like home ownership favors those who can afford it

I am glad you say you oppose all, at least that is moving an inch.
But the truth remains that there is no comparison between the two scenarios. One was put in place to correct a historical wrong. And has now been struck down by the Supreme Court. Yet you were crying about it - as you always cry about anything that favours the black people. While the other still remains untouched.

Secondly you dont want to admit you initially claimed unqualified people were admitted by Harvard. You will not die if you retract that falsehood.

Thirdly the deeper context is generally lost on you. Do you also oppose BEEE in SA?

A rich black has a higher chance than a poor white if money is the criteria

School admission ought to be about merit, no? A school is not the same as a supermarket.
You are the ones who always shout merit.

The minute you are shown that the rich buy this thing, you have forgotten the word merit abi?

That is hyppcrisy.

Its a pity. Defensive once shown the preferential treatment for whites. Offensive towards any preferential treatment for blacks. Pity.

I have been saying I oppose all from eternity 😂😂 what's wrong with these leftists on this thread.

Yes, evidence and court cases shows Harvard gave unqualified people admission

Nonsense. The reverse is true - I was pointing out that aside from race whites get preference based on other metrics, and one is wealth. Of course we cannot ignore the reasons for the wealth disparity in the first place - it is also race based.

Nonetheless, the point is neither race nor class are academic merit, are they?

Prove it.

And among those unqualified people, dont forget to list the whites who got same by donation.

The school decides what criteria they want as long as they don't do racial discrimination

They need money for research and other things and if you pay for it they give you concessions

How is giving money concessions preferential to whites? Per capital whites are not the richest groups

This your victimhood get PhD

Many things are skewed to favor those who are rich even home ownership

Whites are not the richest demographic per capita

Money or riches is color blind. You can get rich regardless of your color

Schools admit based on many factors. Some are even admitted because of their sporting prowess . Is that academic merit

Does sporting prowess favor one person?

Please be consistent - are you now changing mouth? Because you shout "it should be merit" when people are allegedly favoured by race.
Why are you now defending people being favored by money?

Is money academic merit?

And the bold in your post above is disgusting. You are now saying its okay to sell admissions simpliciter right? For such distinguished schools?
Shame.

Just admit your argument has collapsed.

If you are to stay consistent - at least try and start where Benalvino3 did - by saying all are bad and should be banned, including preference based on money,
