Nigeria will struggle until perhaps someday it improves. The Nigerian system is complex politically, religiously and culturally.

The rule of law is nearly non-existent in Nigeria (institutions are almost defunct) and this stems from historical issues including a civil war, numerous military regimes, coups, foreign interference and so on.

That’s why I worry when I see the US today trying so hard to destroy its institutions or rights because of an orange man.
