LoveIsKind:Thanks for your input. Actually write up is only like an application letter/cover letter. Then I looked into the evidence of the write up. The evidence is the substance. My judgement isn't totally perfect. Also got little time as I still dey pursue shift up and down for obodo Oyinbo. I am currently on the 9th page and write ups of many users don't align with evidence/history. Many qualified people might be missed. We will just leave whatever is left to lucks.
