We actually have the coach and the players now
Many people forget that even with all their gimmicks, Morocco couldn't beat us in 120 mins, it was Chuks penalty that gave them the advantage
If Chuks had scored, we would've won that game..

I don't see any African country beating us without sweating for it
The only concern I have now is Okoye
I am still not sold, so confidence level is around 70%

If and when Nwabali returns, my confidence will go back to 100%
Chelle and his crew need to work on Penalties…Nwabali ensured we qualified for the world cup and afcon final with brilliant saves but Simon,Bassey,Ajayi,Chukwueze,Bashiru all came and ensured we no go smile… under 2months we cried bitterly twice😭😂😅
November worldcup qualifiers penalty heartbreak
January Semifinal penalty heartbreak

if defenders slowpoke mofos these are the kinda goals you will see, a keeper made a beautiful stop at a goal bound shot, no defender around to clear ball put to safety….on Okoye’s part he should have parried the ball to corner safety

Exactly
It's these fine details that give Nwabali the edge

How can we get the likes of Eze and Oliseh when we can't even get the likes of Nwaneri and Ugochukwu? You need to stop making excuses for the useless NFF and Ibrahim Gausau. Even Pinnick with his mango head was able to get the likes of Aina, BASSEY, Iwobi etc to play for Nigeria. Players we still rely on today but that useless alhadji cannot even get low hanging fruit. What does that tell you? Our infrastructure is rubbish. Only 1 caf approved stadium, No training facilities, no development plan, no grassroots plan this is the state of Nigeria football today. That makes us unattractive to anyone. Until we fix our NFF and reform it we will continue to lose out. A time will come when the likes of Morocco and Drc will be beating us home and away without breaking a sweat because we lack quality. But yea o keep making excuses for incompetent people. That's a Nigerian tradition. grin
Baba if you can disrespect Amaju Pinnick who gave some quality players to super eagles by calling him mango head🤣🤣…wetin u com dey find from Alhaji….if Alhaji gets you Saka,Eze and Olise, you go still insult am….so better make we continue as we dey na abi?🤣🤣

One thing is cleared,Nwabali top Okoye but having a keeper like Okoye that won club MVP says a lot,now left for Arthur Okonkwo to tell us he is better than Francis Uzoho

Thiago silva would have been a better option than neymar. Atleast thiago silva plays regularly in europe and recently won a league trophy. Neymar is playing for a relegation threatened santos and possibly injured in his last match
TheSuperNerd:
Brazil's Final WC Squad... 2026.

No Richarlison

No Joao Pedro

No Andrey Santos

No Thiago Silva

Neymar makes it for his final WC Swansong.

A talented-studded and athletic Brazillian Squad.

Injury Absentees: Rodrygo, Eder Militao, Estevao Willian.

I know it's just a mistake, but it's one of the reasons I'm still not sold on Okoye..

Yes I agree he should start as long as Nwabali remains in Limbo, but I pray Nwabali sorts out his club situation fast and sends Okoye back where he belongs abeg..
And where does he belong?

You see all of you pretending to have reasonable doubts, while in reality you’re hate watching the young guy.

You guys are shameless.

Portugal's Final WC Squad...2026.

Damn. Quality all through. Definitely one of the Top 5 WC Favs alongside Spain, Argentina, England and France.

No Antonio Silva in defence but the CBs picked are just as good or even better based on this season.

No Junior Kroupi as rumored. Make him wait for France. No way he was gonna get in.

Congrats to former NPFL Star, Papa Daniel, CM for winning the Slovenian Prva Liga title with NK Celje for 2025/26.

He played 20 league games (8 starts) for them bagging an assist.

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 1:58pm On May 19
The 3 hosts of the Afcon are in Qualification Groups D, H and L.

D - Kenya
H - Uganda
L - Tanzania

Only one comes out of these groups coz the hosts are already qualified no matter where they finish. For Nigeria, we top the group, qualify with 2 games to spare so we test other legs to further deepen our pool and strengthen the first team experiences of the youngsters and backups.

This is the schedule lineup...
• MD1 & 2:  21 September to 6 October 2026
• MD 3 & 4: 9 to 17 November 2026
• MD 5 & 6:  22 to 30 March 2027

So get ready.

Nothing like hate
Okoye will be our starting keeper for now
He's a hardworking guy, and I believe if he continues working, there's no limit to how good he can become..

For now, Nwabali trumps him based on recent NT performances
Okoye will come good
He's putting in the work

Still if Nwabali is available and match fit, I'd prefer him in goal to Okoye for now
In the future, anything can happen..
